<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract:</strong>. The 2013 curriculum has the policy to reduce and even eliminate homework, so students can use their time at home to study according to their own desires, cooking, farming, art, and other positive activities. The reality shows different things, students use mobile phones, play games, or watch television which causes students to have more difficulty understanding the lesson, lack of interest in learning, practice questions, and improve learning achievement. In fulfilling the additional intake of lessons for students, it is necessary to manage distance learning called the learning management system. This study aims to increase interest and learning achievement using Edmodo as LMS. The research subjects were the eleventh-grade student in Ngawi, East Java totaling 31. The study was conducted in October using classroom action research methods. Data collection with observation and questionnaire techniques as qualitative data, as well as student cognitive tests as quantitative data. The results showed that the utilization of Edmodo on fluid dynamics could increase the interest and achievement of physics learning of the eleventh-grade students. Therefore, the utilization of Edmodo needs to be introduced and used by students in the current era digital era.</p><p class="KeywordsEngish"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Kurikulum 2013 memiliki kebijakan untuk mengurangi dan bahkan menghilangkan pekerjaan rumah, sehingga siswa dapat menggunakan waktu mereka di rumah untuk belajar sesuai dengan keinginan mereka sendiri, memasak, bertani, seni, dan kegiatan positif lainnya. Kenyataannya menunjukkan hal yang berbeda, siswa menggunakan ponsel, bermain <em>game</em>, atau menonton televisi yang menyebabkan siswa memiliki lebih banyak kesulitan memahami pelajaran, kurangnya minat dalam belajar, latihan soal, dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Dalam memenuhi tambahan asupan pelajaran bagi siswa, perlu untuk mengelola pembelajaran jarak jauh yang disebut sistem manajemen pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar menggunakan Edmodo sebagai LMS. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI di Ngawi, Jawa Timur sebanyak 31. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi dan kuesioner sebagai data kualitatif, serta tes kognitif siswa sebagai data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Edmodo pada fluida dinamis dapat meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar fisika siswa kelas XI. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan Edmodo perlu diperkenalkan dan digunakan oleh siswa di era digital era saat ini.</p>

PurposeThis paper aims to explore the perspectives of university students on the learning management system (LMS) and determine factors that influence user experience and the outcomes of e-learning.Design/methodology/approachThis paper employs a mixed-method approach. For qualitative data, 20 semi-structure interviews were conducted. Moreover, for quantitative data, a short survey was developed and distributed among the potential respondents.FindingsThe results showed that students, particularly in programs where courses are mainly offered online, are dependent on such learning platforms. Moreover, the use of modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment (Moodle) as an application of LMS was rated positively, and e-learning was considered as an effective sustainable learning solution in current conditions.Originality/valueThe authors have illustrated empirically how the notion of UX of the LMS provides a means of exploring both students' participation in e-learning and their intention towards using such learning platforms.

The problem of education in this digital era is that there is still a lack of teaching staff or lecturers expressing creative and innovative ideas in the form of books, or scientific works, learning models, teaching materials as solutions in learning digital technology. The knowledge and skills of Learning Management Systems for Biology Education students at the University of Pattimura in exploring and mastering the concept of Learning and Teaching are indispensable in the online learning process through the zoom meeting and whatsapp program during the covid-19. The analysis of variance test for the Fvalue of 2065,198 with the significance of the calculated F is 0.000 and the mean squared value is 1673,000, > Partial squared value of 0.989. This means that there is an influence of mastery and skills of the Learning Management System on the learning outcomes of learning and learning subjects through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in Semester VI Students of the Biology Education Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pattimura University. There was success in improving learning achievement and learning outcomes in the Maluku region during the covid-19 pandemic, even though the lecture process was carried out online or online using the zoom meeting and whatsapp program. in dealing with the spread of covid 19 in the Mauku Region.

A Learning Management System (LMS) is nowadays a pivotal element in the education environment of a modern university. However, though it generally has a beneficial and positive impact on the education, a part of the teachers is sometimes reluctant to adopt a LMS because of the perceived usage difficulty. Therefore, it is clear that a key step in order to spread the use of a LMS is to teach to the teachers how to use it and which benefits their teaching activities can gain. In this paper, we report and analyze the experience we had at University of Perugia. An e-learning course has been released to the (approximately) 1000 teachers of the university with the aim of introducing them to the basic tools provided by the LMS. Importantly, the course has been created and delivered by means of UniStudium, i.e., the Moodle-based LMS deployed in our university. This allowed us to collect interesting quantitative and qualitative data that have been elaborated and analyzed. The analysis shows that the activities carried out reached a prominent percentage of teachers, by also providing us important suggestions and hints to guide our future activities in this direction.

Learning Management System Supported Smartphone (LMS3) is a new and innovative application in online physics learning synchronously. The research aims to investigate the level of students’ satisfaction in using LMS3 and determine predictor variables that affect the level of students’ satisfaction. A descriptive study with survey method was implemented to 71 physics education students who attended online physics learning. The instrument in this research was a Students’ Satisfaction of LMS3 Questionnaire (S2LMS3Q). The average percentage determined the level of student’s satisfaction, and multiple correlations and multiple regressions determined the predictor variables. The level of satisfaction in using LMS3 reached a high level with an average of 76.03%. At the 0.01 significance level, the adjusted R2 value of four predictor variables was 0.393. The multiple correlation analysis showed β for each predictor variable were 0.34 for gender, 0.07 for age, 0.43 for experience in using LMS, and 0.13 for internet connection. In conclusion, the level of students’ satisfaction was high, and the most influential predictor variables were the experience in using LMS and age. This study suggests an in-depth evaluation of online learning through students’ perceptions in order to improve the quality of further learning.

<p class="AbstractEnglish"><strong>Abstract:</strong> The objectives of this study were: 1) to describe the online learning process (on line) in the physics subject by applying the use of the google classroom and quiper learning management system (LMS), 2) to describe the improvement of learning outcomes in physics. This research was conducted using classroom action research which was designed through two cycles with procedures for planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting in each cycle. This research activity was carried out in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year, with the research subjects of class X MIPA 2 semester 2 SMA N 1 Ngemplak in the 2019/2020 school year. The data needed in this study were obtained through test and non-test techniques. The non-test technique is in the form of direct observation / observation of students when on line learning activities take place both in the first cycle and the second cycle, using the assessment instruments that have been provided. While the test technique is in the form of an on line test which is carried out after each cycle ends. From the results of research on learning activities in the network (online / on line) that have been carried out for two cycles and based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded that: The application of online learning using the Learning Management System (Google Classroom and Quiper) can improve the results. learning physics in the material of harmonious motion for students of class X MIPA 2 even semester SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak Boyolali in the academic year 2019/2020. The average value of students in cycle I increased by 10.51 or 17.37%, from 60.51 to 71, 02, and increased again in cycle II of 15.38 or 25.42%, namely 71.02 to 75.90, and included in the good category</p><p class="AbstrakIndonesia">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) mendeskripsi proses pembelajaran daring (on line) mata pelajaran Fisika dengan menerapkan penggunaan LMS (learning management system) google classroom dan quiper, 2) mendeskripsi peningkatan hasil belajar Fisika. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dirancang melalui dua siklus dengan prosedur perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi dalam tiap-tiap siklus. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas X MIPA 2 semester 2 SMA N 1 Ngemplak tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik tes dan non tes. Teknik non tes berupa observasi/ pengamatan langsung pada siswa saat kegiatan pembelajaran on line berlangsung baik pada siklus pertama maupun siklus kedua, dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang telah disediakan. Sedangkan teknik tes berupa tes on line yang dilakukan setelah tiap-tiap siklus berakhir. Dari hasil penelitian kegiatan pembelajaran dalam jaringan ( daring/on line) yang telah dilakukan selama dua siklus dan berdasarkan seluruh pembahasan serta analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Penerapan  pembelajaran daring menggunaan Learning Management System (google classroom dan quiper) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika pada materi gerak harmonis siswa kelas X MIPA  2 semester genap SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2019/ 2020. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10,51  atau 17,37%  yaitu dari 60,51  menjadi 71, 02, dan mengalami peningkatan lagi pada siklus II sebesar 15,38 atau 25,42% yaitu 71,02  menjadi 75,90, dan termasuk dalam kategori baik.</p>
