<p class="A04-abstrak2"><span>Smart farming 4.0 based on artificial intelligence is a flagship launched by the Ministry of Agriculture. Smart farming 4.0 encourages the farmers to work more efficient, measurable, and integrated. Through technology, farmers are able to carry out farm practice by relying on mechanization, not on the planting season, from planting to harvesting accurately. Several smart farming technologies such as blockchain for modern off farm agriculture, agri <em>drone</em> sprayer, <em>drone</em> surveillance (<em>drone</em> for land mapping), soil and weather sensors, intelligent irrigation systems, Agriculture War Room (AWR), siscrop (information systems) 1.0 have been implemented in some areas. However, farmers deal with various educational backgrounds, aging farmers phenomenon, and high cost of smart farming technology tools to implement smart farming. This paper aims to analyze the huge opportunities of smart farming by utilizing the potential of millennial farmers as actors and analyzing various government policies to support smart farming 4.0. The Ministry of PDTT has carried out pilot projects to implement smart farming in several locations. The Ministry of Agriculture also needs to play a role by creating a smart farming roadmap. The Government's Strategic Project 2020</span><span>–</span><span>2024 through food estate based on farmer corporations may support massive smart farming applications.</span></p>

The paper considers the conceptual provisions of building a promising cognitive information security system of the museum complex on a cyber-physical basis. The stratified model of cognitive information security system of the museum complex was presented. It was shown that the key technological platform for the security of the museum complex is information and network technologies integrated (converged) with the technologies of industrial artificial intelligence. The generalized structural scheme of the cognitive cycle of the information security system of the museum complex was considered. The characteristic of the basic processes realized in a cognitive contour was given.

One of the rapidly developing research areas is the creation of systems. which are commonly referred to as cyberphysical complexes. In such systems, devices and complexes interact with a completely different physical nature. The role of a person in such systems usually consists in the formation of final tasks for &ldquo;artificial intelligence&rdquo; and executive mechanisms. The functioning of actuators is controlled by accurate information systems.

In the current literature of knowledge management and artificial intelligence, several different approaches to the problem have been carried out of developing domain ontologies from scratch. All these approaches deal fundamentally with three problems: (1) providing a collection of general terms describing classes and relations to be employed in the description of the domain itself; (2) organizing the terms into a taxonomy of the classes by the ISA relation; and (3) expressing in an explicit way the constraints that make the ISA pairs meaningful. Though a number of such approaches can be found, no systematic analysis of them exists which can be used to understand the inspiring motivation, the applicability context, and the structure of the approaches. In this paper, we provide a framework for analyzing the existing methodologies that compares them to a set of general criteria. In particular, we obtain a classification based upon the direction of ontology construction; bottom-up are those methodologies that start with some descriptions of the domain and obtain a classification, while top-down ones start with an abstract view of the domain itself, which is given a priori. The resulting classification is useful not only for theoretical purposes but also in the practice of deployment of ontologies in Information Systems, since it provides a framework for choosing the right methodology to be applied in the specific context, depending also on the needs of the application itself.

The term “object oriented” spread in the last decade and a half, throughout many fields of computing, including the analysis and design of information systems (IS). The use of the OO approach began in the early 1970s in fields such as computers architecture, operating systems, and artificial intelligence. But the main field to which the approach penetrated was programming languages, beginning with Simula and then with Smalltalk. Some years passed by until the approach became popular in the programming field. Reasons for the vigorous penetration of the approach include the emergence of the windows-based graphical interfaces technology, the desire to economize development costs by reusing existing software, and the transition from centralized computing to distributed- and Internet-based computing. As aforesaid, the approach penetrated into other fields of computing due to its success in the field of programming, including the field of analysis and design of IS.
