Introduction. Modern philological science associates with structural-semantic approaches to the study of linguistic phenomena. But so far, the structural-semantic study of Bashkir proverbs based on the entire corpus, as well as the identification of the final types of models has not been undertaken. The purpose of this article is to study models of elementary simple sentences of the structural type (S) + NAcc + VF. This type, with an object in the accusative case, is the most frequent one; the accusative in the Bashkir language is a grammatical means of formalizing the actant as an object of direct immediate impact. Data and methods. Generalized personal proverbs selected from the folklore database of the Machine Corpus of the Bashkir language were used as the research material. The proverb corpus contains 354 proverbial expressions representing generalized personal sentences, i.e., 73.5 percent of the total number of one-part verb proverbs. The research method consisted in isolating an elementary simple sentence, which includes a predicate and obligatory actants; the author draws here on the work of Novosibirsk syntax students. The syntactic model is understood as the content plane of an elementary simple sentence, which is determined by its proposition. The structural diagram represents the expression plane of an elementary simple sentence. At this stage, the study focuses on proverbs with simple finite verbs. Results. The study shows that 8 models are implemented within the structural scheme (S) + NAcc + VF. Of these the model of physical impact on the object [(S) + NPatAcc + VActf] is the most frequent one, 62 proverbial expressions have been identified for this model. Each model of the structure in question is characterized by its inherent set of semantic roles and typical meaning, while in most cases, object actants act in the form of a certain accusative. Conclusions. The syntactic features characteristic of the construction of this type of proverbial expressions are likely to occur in modern literary language and colloquial speech with a more complex syntactic structure.

In this paper smart shield panel electrical operating parameters meters of energy generating facilities functionality is analysis. The list of functions of measuring instruments supplemented, which allowed increasing their operational characteristics. Methods and results of realization of these functions given for the panel board intellectualized voltage meter of alternating current. The structural scheme of the developed panel board intellectualized meter is described and its main technical characteristics are given.A method of mobile calibration of the device is proposed, in which a calibration signal source with a separate fixed value is used, and the calibration process itself is controlled from the device keyboard. A modernized detailed and simplified calibration algorithm is present. Ref. 12, fig. 5, tabl. 2.

The principles of improving the fight against coronavirus disease SARS-CoV-2 by automating the process of monitoring the state of subjects have been studied. The system analysis of theoretical resources is carried out, the basic approaches for system development are defined. Possible variants of system operation modes for further development are investigated, the most complex approach for system design is chosen. The critical requirements of software and hardware components for system creation are formed. Selected software and hardware for system development. The structural scheme, the block diagram of algorithm of work of system is developed.

A device has been developed that performs logical and arithmetic operations, which can be used to create high-performance, high-speed computing systems. Specialized blocks perform logical operations: AND, OR, NOT, arith­metic operations: addition and subtraction of binary numbers. Arithmetic operations are performed in direct fixed-point codes. The device is presented in the form of a structural scheme, structural and functional schemes of blocks and an algorithm for the operation of the device.

The article considers the issue of computer training of mathematics teachers in the context of using computer mathematics systems as a teaching tool. The analysis of propaedeutic tasks of the course “Mathematical foundations of Advanced Informatics” (MFAI) is carried out. The system of tasks is considered and situational tasks are analyzed with the use of rules-guidelines and methodical instructions for solving problems with the use of the GRAN system. An updated syllabus of the training course is offered taking into account modern requirements. The analysis of the logical-structural scheme of the training course “Mathematical foundations of Advanced Informatics” (MFAI) is considered. The main advantages of using the GRAN system are demonstrated. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment using the computer mathematics system GRAN are offered. Criteria, indicators and methods of diagnosing the effectiveness of student learning are substantiated. The classification of problems is carried out and examples of didactic materials for teaching the course using computer mathematics systems GRAN are offered.

In this work, the most rational schemes to designing the skin of a full-turning vertical empennage element (stabilator) have been studied. Skin designing schemes were chosen according to aero-spacecraft operating conditions in the re-entry trajectory. During designing process, the requirements for reusable structures of tourist-class aero-spacecrafts were taken into account, such as: maximum simplicity and endurance of the product. To determine the mechanical loads acting on the keel during its movement in the air, a numerical simulation of the aerodynamic flow-around the stabilator profile at 5 arbitrary points on the flight path was carried out. The parameters used for the analysis are: flight velocity, density and viscosity of the air. Of the 5 obtained fields of dynamic pressure acting on the stabilator, the field that creates the largest distributed load was used as the boundary condition for the analysis of the stress-strain state of the structure. The problem of mechanical loading of the stabilator was solved separately for each of the previously studied structural schemes of the skin. Based on the obtained calculation results the optimal skin structural scheme was chosen by comparing the displacements on the line connecting ribs.

Digital transformation of the society makes digital technologies introduction greatly significant. An electronic dictionary is a type of digital resources that can be used not only as a dictionary but also as an encyclopedia and as an explanatory dictionary. Therefore, such a dictionary is highly efficient for educational as well as scientific research purposes. It greatly contributes to students-philologists language competence development. Moreover, it facilitates the development of students-programmers professional and research competencies. Electronic dictionaries use for educational purposes has been significantly investigated by many outstanding scholars. However, high-quality electronic dictionaries design requires a thorough study and analysis. Therefore, the aim of the article is to consider the foreign experience in electronic multilingual dictionaries design, which will contribute to a quality electronic dictionary compilation. The research highlights numerous approaches to creating electronic dictionaries model and design. Unquestionably, there is no single approach to electronic and explanatory dictionaries design. Nonetheless, there are several approaches proposed by the leading authorities. The article highlights the basics of electronic dictionary development, various dictionaries models (the model of systematic educational design, electronic dictionary functional modules, the system of Chinese dictionary design, the educational model structural scheme for word identification, the structural scheme for label learning system, the configuration for electronic dictionary automatic design, functional dictionary model, relationships model for English-Spanish explanatory dictionary). It presents the algorithms for their creation, outlines their functional features and analyzes existing electronic dictionaries. The prospects for further research lie in the analysis of explanatory dictionary characteristic features and the development of the algorithm for its design. The paper is devoted to the development of instrumental and methodological support for the assessment of students' knowledge in mathematics in the framework of a hybrid intellectual learning environment. According to the structural scheme of the model of intellectual assessment of knowledge and creative potential of students in mathematics, the structure of the corresponding knowledge base is formalized. Knowledge base within the framework of data mining methods to create a module for monitoring and evaluating knowledge in mathematics has been developed. To model the educational process the authors propose methods for solving clustering, dimensionality reduction, and classification problems based on machine learning and artificial neural networks. The basics for the development of integrated knowledge base complexes and artificial intelligence tools for the educational process are presented. The obtained results are aimed at creating methods which ensure the processes of operational training, control and evaluation of knowledge.

Purpose. The purpose is to develop solutions for the implementation of optimal laws of arms positioning, overshoot-free and requiring no post-adjustments. Method. The control model is based on the fuzzy set theory; and the structural modeling methodology is used to study the dynamics indices. Results. The structural scheme of the positional electromechanical system with a fuzzy proportional-plus-differential position controller and the method of control adaptation to the position reference signal change are obtained. Scientific novelty. A model of a fuzzy proportional-differential controller signal adaptation in the structure of a positional electromechanical system is proposed. Practical value. A solution is obtained for the implementation of optimal guidance process, non-overshooting and requiring no post-adjustments, also featuring the maximum weapons speed and minimal sensitivity to parametric disturbances.
