Abstract In this paper, we introduce a human-robot collaboration (HRC) mold assembly cell to cope with small-volume mold production and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) on a human worker during manual mold assembly operation. Besides, the wide variety of types and weights of the mold components motivated us to design an HRC system that consists of two robots. Therefore, we propose two collaboration modes for HRC systems using two robots and develop a task-allocation model to demonstrate the application of these collaboration modes in the mold assembly. The task-allocation model assigns a task based on the task characteristics and capability of agents in the collaboration cell. First, we decompose the assembly operation into functional actions to analyze the characteristics of tasks. Then, we obtain the agent assignment preference based on task characteristics and capability of agents using the analytic network process. Finally, we apply the genetic algorithm in the final task allocation to minimize assembly time, use of a less capable agent, and ergonomic risk. This paper contributes to expanding the HRC system with two robots in the mold assembly to allow the execution of a greater diversity of tasks and improve the assembly time and MSD risk level for the human worker.

In this study, an analytic network process (ANP), which can handle the interrelations between risk related factors, is proposed as a reliable technique for measuring the level of risk associated with international construction projects. Within this context, ANP is used to derive the relative priorities of risk factors as an input to a decision support tool, which can be utilized during bidding decisions. The decision support tool may help a decision maker to estimate the level of risk so that alternative projects may be ranked with respect to their risk levels and appropriate contingency values may be defined after a bid decision is given. The tool has a database in which risk information of the rated projects can be stored for future use. The reliability of the tool was tested on eight real cases and satisfactory results were achieved in estimating the risk level.

A novel way of integrating the genetic algorithm (GA) and the analytic network process (ANP) is presented in this paper in order to develop a new warehouse assessment scheme, which is developed through various stages. First, we define the main criteria that influence a warehouse performance. The proposed algorithm that integrates the GA with the ANP is then utilized to determine the relative importance values of the defined criteria and sub-criteria by considering the interrelationships among them, and assign strength values for such interrelationships. Such an algorithm is also employed to linguistically present the relative importance and the strength of the interrelationships in a way that can circumvent the use of pairwise comparisons. Finally, the audit checklist that consists of questions related to the criteria is integrated with the proposed algorithm for the development of the warehouse assessment scheme. Validated on 45 warehouses, the proposed scheme has been shown to be able to identify the warehouse competitive advantages and the areas where more improvements can be achieved.

PurposeTo strengthen the correlation analysis on risk factors of drug production safety and reduce the influence due to fuzzy judgments, a safety risk assessment method based on Grey-Analytic Network Process (G-ANP) is proposed.Design/methodology/approachFirst, an index system evaluating drug production safety risk is constructed according to the “Good Manufacture Practice of Medical Products,” next the influence weight of each risk index is derived by using the Analytic Network Process, then the grey number of each risk index is determined by further utilizing the grey statistical theory, and finally the risk level of drug production is obtained.FindingsAn empirical study is conducted and the results support the feasibility and practicability to use G-ANP method for drug production safety risk evaluation. The results of the case show that it is feasible and practical to use G-ANP method for drug production safety risk evaluation.Originality/valueThe innovation lies in the use of G-ANP method to fully consider the interdependence and interaction between the risk factors of drug production safety, which improves the objectivity in judging the risk level of drug production and provides a scientific basis for pharmaceutical manufacturers to formulate further decisions and management in the case of insufficient quantification of risk factors. Based on the findings, more targeted suggestions are made to reduce the production risk of pharmaceutical enterprises.

Kegiatan bisnis pada toko daring semakin berkembang dengan seiring berkembangnya teknologi, proses jual dan beli dengan media internet pun semakin marak dilakukan oleh Masyarakat. Masyarakat tidak perlu lagi keluar rumah dan menghadapi macetnya jalan jika ingin membeli suatu barang. Perkembangan inipun dirasakan oleh masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha. Mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha sering melakukan kegiatan berbelanja di toko daring atau biasa dikenal dengan online shop. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha ini seringkali menimbulkan perbincangan tentang toko daring. Perbincangan seputar toko daring untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam berbelanja online, serta perbincangan dalam perbandingan memilih toko daring mana yang terbaik dalam berlanja online. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi dikalangan mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha, maka penting diketahui dalam menentukan keputusan pemilihan toko daring mana yang terbaik dilingkungan Politeknik Ganesha. Proses pemilihan tersebut menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) sebagai salah satu metode pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. 10 kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha, yaitu: Nomor Telepon/Chatting Online, Produk Popular, Gratis Ongkos Kirim, Sistem Pemabayaran, Logo, Sosial Media Link, Toko Finder, Merk Produk, Berita Terbaru, dan Trusmark. Dan 3 alternatif jenis Toko Daring yaitu: Bukalapak, Shopee dan Lazada. Hasil penelitian pada pengolahan data menggunakan metode ANP menunjukkan bahwa jenis toko daring yang bisa direkomendasikan dikalangan mahasiswa Politeknik Ganesha adalah yang peratama sebagai prioritas tertinggi Shopee = 3.80, kemudian yang kedua adalah Bukalapak = 3.73, dan yang terakhir adalah Lazada = 2.47.

Nowadays, it is obvious that creative tourism industry has become very essential for countries and societies; therefore, governments work on constituting policies in order to develop this industry. To be successful in improving creative tourism industry, governments should identify the influential factors and focus on ones that are more important rather than investing a bit on many different factors. Because of the interrelations among factors, this research is aiming to prioritize factors that influence strategic policies of creative tourism industry in Iran using analytic network process (ANP). Data were collected during the period of May 2017 to February 2018. Participants in this research are 13 tourism experts with more than 10 years' experience in the field. Results show that the most influential criterion is "business support" and the most influential subcriterion is "supporting midsize businesses." This study helps policy makers to improve creative tourism by emphasizing on those factors that have high priority from the viewpoint of strategic policy-making.
