The power-to-gas (P2G) technology transforms the unidirectional coupling of power network and natural gas network into bidirectional coupling, and its operational characteristics provide an effective way for wind and solar energy accommodation. The paper proposes a bi-level optimal dispatch model for the integrated energy system with carbon capture system and P2G facility. The upper model is an optimal allocation model for coal-fired units, and the lower model is an economic dispatch model for the integrated energy system. Moreover, the upper model is solved by transforming the model into a mixed-integer linear programming problem and calling CPLEX, and the lower model is a multi-objective planning problem, which is solved by improving the small-habitat particle swarm algorithm. Finally, the simulation is validated by the MATLAB platform, and the results show that the simultaneous consideration of carbon capture system and P2G facility improves the economics of the integrated energy system and the capacity of wind and solar energy accommodation.

AbstractIt is not known whether dietary guidelines proposing a limited intake of animal protein are compatible with the adoption of circular food systems. Using a resource-allocation model, we compared the effects of circularity on the supply of animal-source nutrients in Europe with the nutritional requirements of the EAT-Lancet reference diet. We found the two to be compatible in terms of total animal-source proteins but not specific animal-source foods; in particular, the EAT-Lancet guidelines recommend larger quantities of poultry meat over beef and pork, while a circular food system produces mainly milk, dairy-beef and pork. Compared with the EAT-Lancet reference diet, greenhouse gas emissions were reduced by up to 31% and arable land use reduced by up to 42%. Careful consideration of the feasible substitutability between animal-source foods is needed to define potential roles of animal products in circular human diets.

In order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and provide a scientific human resource management method for enterprises, an optimal allocation method of human resource structure based on the integration of capability maturity model is proposed. According to the capability maturity model and its maturity level, the capability maturity integration model is established, and the optimal allocation algorithm of human resources is designed according to the model principle. By constructing the personnel quality evaluation matrix and personnel allocation matrix, the human resource allocation model is established, and the cooperative game method is used to dynamically optimize the human resource allocation model. The experimental results show that this method effectively improves the economic benefits of enterprises, improves the efficiency of human resource allocation, and completes the preset goal.

This study aims to propose a text mining framework suitable for destination image (DI) research based on UGC (User Generated Content), which combines the LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) model and sentiment analysis method based on custom rules and lexicon to identify and analyze the DI in the emerging ski market. The ski resorts in the host city of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games are selected as a case study. The findings reveal that (1) 9 image attributes, out of which two image attributes have not been identified before in winter destination studies, namely beginner suitability and ticketing service. (2) In the past seven snow seasons, the negative sentiment of tourists has shown a continuous downward trend. The positive sentiment has exhibited a slow upward trend. (3) For tourists from destination countries affected by the Winter Olympic Games, the destination image will be improved when the destination meets their expectations. When the destination cannot meet their expectations, the tourists still believe that the holding of the Winter Olympic will enhance the destination’s situation. The theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed.

In the multi-objective optimization algorithm, the parameter strategy has a huge impact on the performance of the algorithm, and it is difficult to set a set of parameters with excellent distribution and convergence performance in the actual optimization process. Based on the MOEA/D algorithm framework, this paper construct an improved dual-population co-evolution MOEA/D algorithm by adopt the idea of dual-population co-evolution. The simulation test of the benchmark functions shows that the proposed dual-population co-evolution MOEA/D algorithm have significant improvements in IGD and HV indicators compare with three other comparison algorithms. Finally, the application of the LTE base station power allocation model also verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In this work, the possibility of cross-border activities between two regions in the framework of the investment contract is viewed as optimal allocation problems. The problems of determining the optimal proportion of funds to be invested in liquidity and technology are analyzed in two different environments. In the first case, we consider a two-region and two-technology economy in which both regions possess the same productive technology or project, but a different stream of return. While in the second case, we examine an economy where two regions (i.e., Indonesia and Malaysia) hold different Islamic productive projects with identical returns. Allocation models are formulated in terms of investors’ expected utility maximization problem under budget constraints with respect to regional and sectoral shocks. It is revealed that optimal parameters for liquidity ratio, technological investment profile, and bank repayment are analytically characterized by the return of a more productive project and the proportion of impatient and patient investors in the region. Even though both cases employ different assumptions, they provide the same expressions of optimal parameters. The model suggests that cross-border Islamic investment activities between two regions might be realized, provided both regions hold productive projects with an identical stream of return. This paper also shows that by increasing the lower return of the project approaching the higher return, a room for inter-region investment can be created. An analytical framework of an investment contract in terms of optimal allocation model is provided.
