This study aims to explain the effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The technique used to test the research hypothesis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using SMARTPLS assistance, using IBM SPSS Statistics 22, and 65 respondents in this study, taken using Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of the study show that (1) distribution justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) procedural justice has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) interactional justice has a positive and not significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) justice distribution has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (5) procedural justice has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (6) interactional justice has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

This study investigate the impact of organizational justice and job motivation on organizational citizenship behavior and its impact on satisfaction and loyalty of taxpayers. The statistical population of this study was formed by 7191 tax affairs of Tehran employees. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method was used to evaluate the construct validity and standardization of research. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of questionnaire that calculated 0/97 was used to achieve Reliability of study. Therefore in this study, based on previous research and literature, the conceptual model and hypotheses were developed and tested on a sample of 401 person. Results of data analysis using structural equation modeling showed that all job related characteristics (except for feedback) on all aspects of job motivation, job motivation and organizational justice (except interactional justice) on OCB and Finally OCB is significant because of the satisfaction and loyalty of taxpayers and were confirmed.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is twofold: first, to examine relevant organizational “human” aspects that support circular economy (CE); and second, to investigate the influence of perception of organizational justice (OJ), psychological empowerment on job satisfaction (JS) through mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).Design/methodology/approachThe study used survey questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test hypotheses of the study.FindingsOJ positively and significantly influences psychological empowerment. Also, it was found that OCB and psychological empowerment to positively and significantly influence JS. Furthermore, OCB positively and significantly mediates the influence of OJ and psychological empowerment on JS.Practical implicationsEmployees should be provided with fair and empowering environment to derive positive outcomes in terms of organizational citizenship behavior and JS. The study also suggests recognizing the importance of OCB in an organization to enhance JS and support CE.Originality/valueThe study presents empirical evidence in Indian context on how to encourage employees to display voluntary job behaviors and keep them job satisfied.

In this study we explored the role of organizational justice as a mediator between conscientiousness and organizational citizenship behavior. Longitudinal data were collected from 241 doctors and nurses employed in 11 Chinese hospitals. Structural equation modeling analysis results showed that the participants' perceptions of organizational justice significantly mediated the relationships between conscientiousness and the 5 dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.

Problems related to emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment in the world of education, especially lecturers in providing services for students is relevant in the analysis for the sustainability of the quality of an institution. Thus, this study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment in Indonesia by involving 371 lecturers from 19 universities in Bandung. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS was employed in selecting the sample. The results explain emotional intelligence had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had positive effects on organizational citizen-ship behavior and on organizational commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior was empirically proven to have a positive effect on organizational commitment. In examining the mediating variable, the results show that emotional intelligence positively influenced the organizational commitment through organizational citizenship, and that job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable.

Work in a hospital could flexible by individually and in a team, competent nurses can work professionally in hospitals and must be able to work in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as well.Purpose: To determine Individual characteristics, Job satisfaction of hospital nurse organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitments as Intervening VariableMethod: An analysis of the research with a structural equation model, at the Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital in North Aceh with a total sample of 120 nurses using simple random sampling method.Results: Finding that individual characteristics and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational commitment, individual characteristics and job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on OCB. Pekerjaan dalam dunia kerja harus dikerjakan secara fleksibel oleh individu dan tim, oleh karena itu perawat dirumah sakit harus mampu menjalankan OCB yang baik.Tujuan: Menguji pengaruh karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja serta komitmen organisasi.Metode: Menggunakan analisa model structural equation modeling, dan dilakukan di RSUD Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Aceh Utara.   jumlah sampel 120 perawat dengan teknik sampling metode simple random sampling.Hasil: Ditemukan karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja serta  komitemen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Peran komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening  memediasi hubungan karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to know the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) moderating the effect of personality, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the performance. Design/methodology/approach This research was conducted in the city of Makassar with the entire population as a lecturer with the status as a permanent lecturer foundation. By using the formula, Slovin found a sample of 295 respondents. Statistical analysis of inferential used to test the hypothesis of the research is structural equation modeling (SEM). Findings OCB is the moderator variable in effect between personality, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance. It means that the higher value of OCB affects the increasing effect of personality, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance. Originality/value This paper’s originality is shown on variables used, which are personality, organization commitment, job satisfaction, OCB, and performance. Furthermore, the method used in this research is using SEM, as well as the investigator sites located at two private colleges in the city of Makassar, namely, Indonesian Muslim University and Muhammadiyah University Makassar, South Sulawesi, where there are no previous studies that discuss the same topic on these locations.

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of situational leadership and career development on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of BLU employees of the Marine and Fisheries Business Capital Management Institution (LPMUKP). This research was conducted from September 2019 to March 2020 at BLU LPMUKP. The research method used a quantitative approach, the population in this study were all BLU LPMUKP employees totaling 294 employees consisting of permanent and temporary employees. The sample used in this study were permanent employees of 81 respondents using saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.2.7 software program. The results of this study indicate that situational leadership and career development have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, job satisfaction is no more effective in mediating situational leadership and career development on organizational citizenship behavior as without mediation of situational leadership and career development would greatly affect organizational citizenship behavior in BLU LPMUKP.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior performed by an individual or employee voluntarily helping each other without expecting an award or reward from the organization or company. This study aims to investigate the role of spirituality in the workplace and job characteristics on job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCBIP), especially in organizations that are not affiliated with Islam. The sample of this research is 122 respondents of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that in an organizational environment that is not based on Islam,, spirituality in the workplace and job characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction and OCBIP.

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in intervening the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), particularly in student organizational setting. Research subject is member of Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen (HIMAMA), a student organization in the Dapertment of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Sample was determined through purposive sampling, yielded 102 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaires, and then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The research findings confirm that organizational commitment acts as intervening variable on the influence of job satisfaction toward OCB.

Problems of organizational citizenship behavior among academics, especially lecturers, are something relevant in the study of the quality of an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in organizational citizenship behavior based on Islamic work ethics, organizational satisfaction and commitment. By collecting data from 365 lecturers from 14 private universities as sample in the city of Bandung, the sampling was taken with proportional random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS. The results of this study revealed the positive effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment,  positive but not significant effect of Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, the findings showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. In practice, this study encourages private university management to improve work ethics and job satisfaction of lecturers, which in turn can influence organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment of lecturers.
