Indonesia as a maritime country where sea transportation plays an important role and strategic position in mobilizing the movement of goods and services, where international trade activities in this case exports and imports use sea transportation. PT. Container Maritime Activities (CMA) Indonesia, based in Jakarta, is an agency shipping company engaged in container shipping, in other words, having its own containers. In economic activity, it cannot be separated from the import process, because imports are a reflection of a country's economic sovereignty, whether goods and services made in the country are still the masters in their own country. A country imports because it experiences a deficiency (lack/failure) in carrying out the production of goods and services for the consumption needs of its population. In this case the Delivery Order (DO) document is required by the importer to remove the goods from the container terminal terminal

A turbocharger is an auxiliary engine that functions to supply air into the cylinder and in general every turbocharger has two sides, namely, the compressor side and the turbine side, the rotation of the turbocharger is generated from the remaining exhaust gases from combustion in the cylinder which goes to the turbine side of the turbocharger and produces rotation. on that side and also rotates at the same speed on the compressor side of the turbocharger. The amount of air that will enter the cylinder depends on the rotation of the turbocharger itself, if the rotation of the turbocharger is too fast it will produce too much air in the cylinder which results in knocking or knocking on the main drive engine, whereas if the turbocharger rotates too slowly it will result in too little quantity of air resulting in a misfire or failure of combustion in the cylinder. To determine the rotational speed of the turbocharger, we need a tool that can regulate the quantity of the remaining exhaust gases from combustion in the cylinder, namely the waste gate valve. When the writer carried out the sea practice, the writer experienced various interesting things about the waste gate valve, such as the opening that did not match the degree of the waste gate valve to the difference in the indicator readings on the waste gate valve. In this case the author will analyze the cause of the imperfect supply of air entering the cylinder caused by the non-optimal performance of the waste gate valve.

In the 20th century, the growth of marine transportation has grown rapidly in line with technological advances. Given that the marine transportation sector is one of the pollutants that exist today, the use of energy sources with better thermal efficiency and combustion that does not have a negative impact on the environment is needed in the modern era. In accordance with the regulations stipulated by IMO in the Marine Polution (Marpol) Annex VI Regulation 14 which regulates the prohibition of ships from using fuels with sulfur content higher than 0.5%. The need for alternative fuels in the shipping industry is an important thought to support the efficiency of the shipping industry. Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) is currently being developed by the government as a fuel for vehicles and environmentally friendly industries. In addition to its availability, natural gas is also considered effective for combustion. Methane / LNG gas is one of the most dominant alternative fuels at this time. This fuel can also save company expenses, namely reducing the cost of providing fuel for energy needs as a source of propulsion on board the ship. For the above, ships, especially LNG carriers, have used a lot of diesel engines to propel their ships using LNG fuel with the concept of the engine being Two Fuel Diesel Electric (DFDE) where the engine can use Marine Diesel Oil (MDO) and LNG. The DFDE engine drives the Generator and the Generator generates electricity to drive the Electric Motor and the Electric motor moves the propeller shaft, this DFDE engine in the future will replace conventional diesel engines because it is more cost efficient, but requires Engineers who understand DFDE engine technology.

This study aims to determine and empirically prove the positive relationship between servicescape, interaction orientation, service convenience on customer satisfaction, and implications for behavior intention. This research problem departs from the concept of pentahelix in the tourism industry and the Ministry of Tourism's priority programs, especially digital tourism, and homestays are the central themes in this research. The success of achieving the target of tourist visits is closely related to the accommodation system at the destination, in this case the role of the hotel. On the other hand, the sustainability of a destination is closely related to the operations of the hotels located in that destination. That is, in conditions of an increase in the flow of visits to certain destinations accompanied by a rapid increase in the number of hotels. So it can be concluded that in a business both goods and services, servicescape, Interaction Orientation, Service Convenience are important factors in increasing customer satisfaction, even the three tadit factors, namely servicescape, interaction orientation, service convenience can encourage customer interest in using the product or services offered.
