In this study we explored the role of organizational justice as a mediator between conscientiousness and organizational citizenship behavior. Longitudinal data were collected from 241 doctors and nurses employed in 11 Chinese hospitals. Structural equation modeling analysis results showed that the participants' perceptions of organizational justice significantly mediated the relationships between conscientiousness and the 5 dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating role of work engagement (WE) between psychological capital (PsyCap) and the two facets of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) which involves both individual and organization. It also examines the moderating role of perceived organizational support (POS) between PsyCap and WE, and WE and the two facets of OCB. Design/methodology/approach A total of 293 responses gathered from employees working in diverse service sector industries in India were assessed using structural equation modeling. Findings Overall, the results support the mediating role of WE in the PsyCap-OCB relationship, and the moderation of POS between WE and the two facets of OCB. Research limitations/implications This study helps in understanding how WE-OCB relationship can be negatively affected in the presence of high POS. Practical implications The results encourage organizations to establish systems for enhancing the engagement levels of their employees, which according to this study may be achieved by creating and maintaining vibrant work environment. Originality/value This study helps in understanding the role of POS among PsyCap, WE, \and the two factors of OCB.

We examined the mediating role of work engagement in predicting organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior. The 227 participants were employees of 2 major retail banks in China, who completed a survey. The results showed that both turnover intention and work engagement were significantly correlated with organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior. Results of structural equation modeling indicated that work engagement partially mediated both the turnover intention–organizational citizenship behavior relationship and the turnover intention–counterproductive work behavior relationship. These results extend prior findings and shed light on how turnover intention affects organizational citizenship behavior and counterproductive work behavior. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

The statistical population of this study was formed by 7191 tax affairs of Tehran employees. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis method was used to evaluate the construct validity and standardization of research. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of questionnaire that calculated 0/97 was used to achieve Reliability of study. Therefore in this study, based on previous research and literature, the conceptual model and hypotheses were developed and tested on a sample of 401 person. Results of data analysis using structural equation modeling showed that all job related characteristics (except for feedback) on all aspects of job motivation, job motivation and organizational justice (except interactional justice) on OCB and Finally OCB is significant because of the satisfaction and loyalty of taxpayers and were confirmed.

The research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Headquarter. The populations in this research were 317 employees. There were 177 employees were taken as sample using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. Then, a quota sampling method was used in administering questionnaires to respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results showed that leadership behavior had a slight positive, but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. However, work environment had a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment had positively and significantly mediated the influences of both leadership behavior and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior.

Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. IPA Abong Wonosobo.

The impact of behavioral aspects on project success remains an area that requires more attention. Drawing on the social exchange theory (SET), our study tested the mediating role of project citizenship behavior (PCB) in the relationships of all four organizational justice dimensions (i.e., procedural, distributive, informational, and interpersonal justice) with project success. A time-lagged survey of project team members ( n = 233) was conducted and analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicate that all four organizational justice dimensions are positively associated with project success, whereas informational justice appears to be the most influential dimension, and that PCB mediates all of these relationships. Project managers/sponsors should enact organizational justice and enhance project citizenship to achieve project success.
