Our goal is to examine the impact of slack resources and family ownership on corporate social responsibility disclosure. Content analysis is used to measure the CSR disclosure based on the GRI-G4 index which consists of 91 items. This study also uses age, size, and leverage as control variables. A total of 139 samples of manufacturing companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 met the criteria using the purposive sampling method. The hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques. We found that slack resources have a significant positive effect on CSR disclosure and family ownership has a significant negative effect on CSR disclosure. As control variables, size has a significant effect, while leverage and age have no effect on CSR disclosure.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Corporate Values, then to find out the influence of company age and company size in strengthening the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on corporate values.  The population used in this study is Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The company in this study was selected using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with the criteria that have been set, and obtained as many as 30 samples of companies. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that CSR disclosure positively affects the value of the company, then the age of the company and the size of the company can moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on the value of the company. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure to firm value with media attention as mediating variable. In this research media attention is proxied with a website, while firm value is measured using the Tobin’s q ratio. The population in this research are manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. This research refers to Li et al. (2016) & Putra et al. (2017) research  which shows that the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility is positively related to firm value. The difference between this research and previous research is the use of 144 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016 as a research sample. Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure measured using performance indicators from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 4.1.Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method with criteria the companies that publish information related to Corporate Social Responsibility in the year of 2016 at annual report and at the company's official website. The sample of research that meets the criteria are 87 samples. Type of data used in this research is secondary data that obtained through official www.idx.co.ic. The data were analyzed by using path analysis with the SPSS 20 application. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure had an effect on the firm value. Meanwhile, media attention is not able to mediate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on firm value

The purposes of this research is to know the impact of size of company, financial performance, type of industry, and financial leverage toward Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. Sample of this research is manufacturing companies that are registered at Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2011 until 2013. Based on research, the conclusion is only one variable which influenced significantly toward CSR disclosure, the variable is type of industry. Meanwhile other three variables that is company size, financial performance, and financial leverage is proven have no any influence toward CSR disclosure.

The tax aggressiveness is step of company as strategy minimize the tax that must paid. This research uses ETR as proxy of the tax aggressiveness. The lower value of ETR of company depicts the high aggressiveness tax those companies. This research has a purpose to giving information about the impact of  Corporate Governance and Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility On the Aggressiveness Tax representative with ETR. All of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian stocks Exchanges on 2013-2015 is the population of this research. Companies selected into the sample after deducting some of the criteria is as much  99 of the company observations. This study has results that prove the disclosure of CSR affect the ETR as proxy of tax aggressiveness. Value of CSR disclosure company high, so value of ETR is higher which describe the lower aggressiveness tax of the companies.

This research purposes to determine the effect of firm size, growth and media exposure for Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. This research uses food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The total number of companies used as as sample is 8 companies The result of simultant test, firm size, growth and media exposure has an impact on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. While the result of t test showed a significant positive effect of variable firm size and media exposure on CSR Disclosure. While variable growth showed not significantly effect positive on CSR Disclosure.

In the company’s efforts to achieve profit, companies often pay less attention to the impact of their activities. This matter can cause global warming. To prevent these problems, the law is issued that requires every company to do some activities that are environmentally friendly. This activity is expressed throuth the corporate social responsibility disclosure. The purpose of this research to test whether profitability, liquidity, leverage, and media exposure have a positive influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure. The object of this research is a mining company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2014-2016 with the unit observation is annual financial statements with a total sample of a company is 36 companies. The research method used is observation method with an observation to company data. Based on test results, liquidity and media exposure significantly influence CSR disclosure, while profitability and leverage had no significant influence to CSR disclosure. Keyword: Corporate Social Responsibility, Disclosure, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Media Exposure

Today, the necessity for disclosing corporate social responsibility (henceforth, CSR) to increase transparency and non-financial accountability in capital markets have attracted the attention of regulators and stock exchange. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the impact of family ownership on CSR level. To do so, a checklist of 39 items of disclosure which accord with Iran’s reporting environment was employed to measure the social responsibility. The research hypothesis was developed based on the data collected from 98 firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2011–2015 and then tested using multivariate regression analysis model based on panel data. The results of the study reveal that family ownership reduces the level of CSR disclosure. The findings of current study not only fill existing gaps in the field, but also contribute to decision-making practices in Stock Exchange.

This research aimed to look at the impact of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on the stock returns of manufacturing companies. Intellectual Capital, as measured by the Public-VAIC (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient) model of the company's three key resources (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital), and Corporate Social Responsibility Transparency, as measured by the CSRDI, were the independent variables in this analysis. Stock Return is the dependent variable. An empirical study is what this form of research is. Purposive sampling is used to pick the samples. In this analysis, 80 manufacturing companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 were used as a sample. The findings revealed that Intellectual Capital had a substantial impact on stock returns, while Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure had no impact.

The challenges of financing have been troubling the development of Chinese enterprises, especially private enterprises. This paper aims to examine the antecedents and consequences of debt financing costs. Drawing on a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2009 to 2018, the study examined the relationship between corporate social responsibility disclosure, debt financing costs, and innovation capacity. This paper found that the quality of CSR disclosure is negatively related to the cost of debt financing and examined the situational differences in the impact of CSR disclosure quality under different property rights, different disclosure forms, and different forensic effects. Moreover, it is found that the negative effect of CSR disclosure quality on debt financing cost helps to induce the innovation capacity of enterprises. The findings of this paper have certain reference value for corporate improvement of social responsibility disclosure.

This research aims to analyze the effect of company characteristics on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) disclosure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. This research used purposive sampling method. The samples consisted 58 companies with a total of 174 observations. The characteristics of the company in this research were proxied by the company size, liquidity, and profitability. Data analysis technique used in the research was multiple linier regression analysis technique. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded the company size variable affect CSR disclosure, while the liquidity, leverage, and profitability variables do not affect CSR disclosure
