On April 6, 2020, the government approved the implementation of the first Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in Indonesia in the context of accelerating the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses this event as an event under study to observe the market reaction before and after it, with a window period of 11 days. The average abnormal return and the average trading volume activity of stocks are used as indicators of market reaction. The study was conducted on 152 trading, service and investment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which were determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed that there was no difference between the average abnormal return and the average trading volume activity before and after the first PSBB was approved in Indonesia. The absence of market reaction is assumed because the level of market efficiency in Indonesia is still weak. Company to have good environmental and social performance, besides its financial performance. Stakeholders demand this information in a report called sustainability reporting. The size of a company is directly proportional to the public attention received, so that large companies are more receptive to get negative views. To answer this view, the company will increase the transparency of its information, including sustainability reporting. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental pressure, shareholder pressure, and company size on the quality of sustainability reporting. This research was conducted on 22 companies that participated in ASRRAT in the period 2018-2020 which were selected using purposive sampling. This study uses a panel data logistic regression model. The results show that environmental pressures and company size have a positive influence on the quality of sustainability reporting. Meanwhile, shareholder pressure shows a negative effect on the quality of sustainability reporting. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge, experience, professional skepticism, and intuition of government internal supervisors in detecting fraud at the NTB Provincial Inspectorate. Respondents from this study as many as 49 people who have functional positions. The technique of collecting data is by using a questionnaire and collecting data by using the census method. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that professional experience and skepticism had a significant positive effect on Fraud Detection. Meanwhile, knowledge and intuition have a negative effect on Fraud Detection. The theoretical implication of this research is to strengthen the results of previous studies that knowledge, experience, professional skepticism and intuition have an influence on fraud detection. The practical implications of this research are useful as a means to provide information or references for auditors, especially those who have an auditor's functional position. Meanwhile, the implications of research policies can be used as benchmarks and evaluations related to fraud detection in improving the quality and performance of auditors as government internal supervisors. Firm value is closely related to shareholder wealth and become the main focus of investor decision making. This study analyzes the impact of capital design, productivity, profit strategy, firm development, also, firm size on the value of assembling organizations. Purposive testing technique was utilized and gotten 47 assembling organizations with 3 years perception, with all out 141 examples. Various direct relapse examination was utilized as a scientific procedure in this review. Results showed that profitability positively affected firm worth. While capital design, profit strategy, firm development, and firm size were found to have no impact on firm worth. Organizations are encouraged to improve and focus closer on factors, for example, productivity that can influence the worth of the organization. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of legislative oversight and audit findings on the disclosure of Internet Financial Reports (IFR) for the local governments of NTB, NTT and Bali (Bali Nusra), as well as the moderating effect of the internal control system (SPI). The total population of the study was 44 local governments consisting of provincial, district and city governments in Bali Nusra. The study was conducted during 2018-2019 with a total of 88 observations. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling (census). The results of the study indicate that legislative oversight has a positive and significant impact on the disclosure of the Bali Nusra Regional Government's IFR. Meanwhile, the audit findings have no significant negative effect on the disclosure of the Bali Nusra Regional Government IFR. In addition, the SPI strengthens but is not significant in moderating the effect of legislative oversight and audit findings on the disclosure of IFR for the local government of Bali Nusra. The implication of this research is to provide input to the heads of local governments as consideration for improving the implementation of IFR, as a benchmark and form of evaluation related to the implementation of IFR to increase transparency. The 2020 pandemic affected the economic sector, including banking sector, especially banks in the BUKU 1 category. This study aims to identify internal factors that affect bank profitability between normal conditions in 2019 and conditions when economic growth experienced a contraction due to the pandemic in 2020. This study is based on the theory of Asset-Liability Management (ALM) and uses multiple linear regression method with ROA as a measure of profitability, LDR, BOPO, and CAR as independent variables, and NPL as quasi moderator. The results of this study provide findings that to maintain profitability, banks need to pay attention to cost efficiency which is reinforced by the risk of bad loans. Meanwhile, in unstable conditions, there are additional liquidity risk factor that must also receive attention. Thus, the results of this study are in line with the liability management approach. The aim is to determine the factors affecting sustainability reporting with a focus on firm age, woman presence, profitability, and leverage. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Total population consist of 103 firm-years that consistently publish sustainability reporting for the period 2018-2020. samples consist of 33 firm-years based on the criteria.Testing the data using multiple linear regression, the results showed that firm size, woman presence on board of commissioners’, and profitability do not have a significant effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. However, woman presence on board of directors and leverage had a significant effect on the sustainability reporting disclosure. This study aims to analyze the effect of Accountability, Transparency and Community Participation on the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) to improve Good Village Governance (GVG) in West Lombok. The sample of respondents was determined by non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of respondents was 108 people who served as Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and Community. Data collection is done by questionnaire. The analysis technique is done by using multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the accountability research have a positive and significant effect on the management of village fund allocations, as well as transparency has a positive and significant effect on the management of village fund allocations. In contrast, the results of community participation have a positive and insignificant effect on the management of village fund allocations. Practical implications of the research results for village government officials and village heads in West Lombok Regency for the creation of a healthy village fund allocation management. In addition, the formation of an independent village by increasing the village's original income, budget transparency, accountability and transparency. One of the effective methods and has great potential in increasing taxpayer compliance is tax reform. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of e-filing, the quality of tax services, and tax sanctions on the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. The population of this study is an individual taxpayer registered at the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Denpasar Timur, amounting to 108,902 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling which takes 100 samples. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modeling with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the higher the level of use in the application of e-filing, the higher the level of quality of tax services, and the more firm and fair in the application of tax sanctions, the higher the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. Dividend policy is one of the most important financial functions of a company. This is because the dividend policy has an influence on the company's stakeholders, both managers and investors. This study aims to determine the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy with Firm Size as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population is 142 companies. Based on the purposive sampling method and the expenditure of outlier data, a sample of 34 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Firm Size does not weaken the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy. The results of this study support the residual theory of dividend and agency theory. In addition, the results of this study can also be considered by companies in determining dividend policy and assisting investors in making investment decisions.
