This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological capital and job satisfaction, organizational commitment, motivation, and the intent to leave. The sample of this study consists of 323 teachers in 25 schools that were selected randomly with clustered sampling method from the schools. The structural equation model that yields the best-fit indices, states that as teachers? psychological capital levels increase, job satisfaction levels also increase. Psychological capital has a positive effect on teachers? commitment and motivation through the full mediation effect of job satisfaction. Psychological capital has a negative effect on intent to leave through the full mediation effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It is beneficial for school managers to invest in developing and strengthening the psychological capital of teachers if they want to increase job satisfaction, organizational commitment and motivation levels of teachers and to decrease their intent to leave school.

Public trust in a profession is determined by the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of services or services that can be provided by the auditor profession. Although the auditor's work and performance procedures have tended to be supervised and determined strictly and formally by external institutions, studies have shown that the context of the internal environment has an effect on improving auditor performance. This study seeks to analyze the effect of organizational justice and job satisfaction in the auditor's environment on organizational commitment. It focuses more on behavioral accounting, specifically relating to the auditor's work environment, by taking the object of the treatment's influence in the organization's internal participation and involvement of auditors that is reflected by organizational commitment. By using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the findings show that procedural justice and interactional justice are empirically proven to influence organizational commitment. On the other hand, distributive justice has no effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has also been proven empirically to have no effect on organizational commitment. These results provide input for public accounting firms so as not to overlook the fairness factor in providing rewards to auditors. In the case of fairness the awarding of rewards / awards to the auditor is not only limited to the amount of reward, but also the process for determining the amount of the reward.

Abstract Background: Global countries are suffering from a shortage of health professionals, turnover intention is closely related to job satisfaction and burnout, making good use of these relationship could alleviate the crises. Methods: This research was conducted in Huangpi, China. Convenience sampling methods and self-designed questionnaires was used. 1370 of valid samples were collected with 97.72% effective rate. Descriptive analyses were conducted to describe social demographic factors. The structural equation model (SEM) was performed to adjust model fitting, and the mediation effect test was carried out by using the bootstrap method. Sobel-Z test was used to verify the significance of mediation effect. Results: The mean age was 36.98 (SD=9.84). The fitting indices of hypothetical model is not good. After the adjustments, for job satisfaction, turnover intention and burnout, the Cronbach’s is 0.976, 0.910, 0.879, respectively. 2/df =5.590, GFI=0.932, AGFI=0.901, CFI=0.977, NFI=0.973, IFI=0.977, TLI=0.970, RESEA=0.058. The revised model fitted well, and the SEM was put up by using the bootstrap method. The mediating effect is partial, and Soble-Z test indicates that the mediation effect is significant. Burnout is negatively correlated with job satisfaction (p<0.01) and the standardized path coefficient is -0.41. Job satisfaction is also negatively correlated with turnover intention (p<0.01) and the standardized path coefficient is -0.18. Burnout is positively correlated with turnover intention (p<0.01) and the standardized path coefficient is 0.83. Conclusions: Job satisfaction is a mediating variable that affects the relationship between burnout and turnover intention. Turnover intention was negatively related to job satisfaction and positively related to burnout, job satisfaction was negative related to burnout. And the mediation effect has a low impact of 7.4%.
