Hematometra is a collection or retention of blood in the uterine cavity. This condition is most commonly associated with congenital uterine anomalies that result from abnormal formation, fusion or resorption of Mullerian ducts during fetal life or may be due to prior surgical procedures, causing an obstruction of the genitourinary outflow tract. We report an unusual case of hematometra with endometriosis secondary to cervical stenosis. This is a rare and important case report due to the complexity of diagnosis as cervical stenosis was not presented as primary amenorrhoea as its usual presentation. This case was successfully managed by Hysteroscopic cervical dilatation under USG guidance followed by transcervical insertion of a catheter to prevent recurrent stenosis.

Clavicle has a number of peculiar features in the human skeleton. It is the only long bone lying horizontally and the first bone to begin ossification, among other features. It is also a peculiar and unusual site for an expansile lytic lesion which, if present, would raise multiple diagnostic possibilities. We present this unusual case of an expansile lytic lesion in the medial end of clavicle in an adolescent girl and the possible differential diagnoses.

Ovarian torsion is an acute gynaecological emergency. It may present at any age group, however it is more common in the reproductive years. The patient may present with a myriad of clinical features which are often non-specific posing a diagnostic dilemma. Ultrasonography is the best initial modality of imaging. Once diagnosed a surgical approach is the mainstay of treatment. Preservation of ovaries and preventing recurrence in young patients is crucial. We present a case of a young adolescent girl diagnosed with an ovarian torsion who was managed laparoscopically. Oophoropexy was done to avoid future recurrence by an emerging method called the “Hotdog in bun” technique.

Lipomas of vulva have been reported only rarely. Benign tumors of the vulva are normally classified according to their origin as epithelial cell tumors (e.g., keratinocytic, adnexal and ectopic tumors), or mesenchymal cell tumors (e.g., vascular, fibrous, muscular, neural, adipose and melanocytic tumors). Vulvar lipomas need to be differentiated from liposarcomas, which are rare but are very similar to lipomas clinically. Here we present a rare case of large vulvar lipoma in an adolescent girl.
