The objective of the case study is for the treatment of deviated and rotated teeth by ISW (Improved Super-elastic Ti-Ni alloy wire, developed by Tokyo Medical and Dental University). An adult female (37 years old) came to our clinic with a chief complaint of abnormal tooth axis of lower arch combined with spacing and rotation of other teeth. This patient mentioned she didn’t care about the problem of facial asymmetry. By using ISW, lower deviated teeth were corrected rapidly. Rotation of lower left and right premolars were corrected simply by ISW leveling. For correction of rotated upper left second premolar, we placed a bracket on the mesial surface of #25 temporarily and Ni-Ti open coil-spring was placed in between #25 and #26 in order to increase inter-bracket span so as to create space for bracket bonding on the buccal surface. ISW was fully engaged into #25 and then rotation was corrected by further leveling. After 18 months of active treatment, a stable occlusion and a desirable esthetic outcome was achieved and the patient was pleased with the treatment result after the active treatment.

Clinical examination revealed skeletal Class III malocclusion with an anterior crossbite and a completely blocked #25 in the maxilla. Because he refused to receive orthognathic surgery and experienced only mild functional interference, a nonextraction treatment method was adopted. Space creation on the left upper arch was successfully performed using an open coil spring for molar distalization and the improved super-elastic Ti–Ni alloy wire (ISW) Multi-bends Edgewise Arch Wire (MEAW) technique. Furthermore, #25 was aligned completely. The Class III malocclusion was corrected using the ISW MEAW technique combined with Class III elastics on the lower arch. Treatment was completed in approximately 16 months and a satisfactory occlusion was achieved after active treatment.

Paranasal mucoceles are a type of cysts that evolve slowly and are asymptomatic; this poses a difficulty in diagnosing the patient because the symptoms can go unnoticed. The mucocele evolves unpredictably. On the one hand, it can become infected turning into pyoceles and on the other hand, it can invade important regions such as the orbital, cranial or genian regions, creating facial asymmetry. This is a retrospective case study of 37 patients diagnosed with sinus mucoceles, followed up by clinical examination and paraclinical tests such as CT and MRI scans. The biochemical components of the liquid from within the mucocele were analyzed and the following criteria were recorded: NaCl-, Cl-, Na+ and cholesterine as well as cellular components such as mastocytes, macrophages, hematocytes and leucocytes. In all cases, the treatment option was surgery with favorable post-operative and follow-up evaluation. The mucoceles that appeared post-operatively (maxillary and ethmoid sinuses) evolved more rapidly than the mucoceles that were induced byan external injury. Longer follow-up of operated patients permitted a more timely diagnosis of recurrences.

A sensitivity analysis is typically conducted to identify how sensitive the output is to changes in the input. In this paper, the use of sensitivity analysis in the fuzzy activity based life cycle costing (LCC) is shown. LCC is the most frequently used economic model for decision making that considers all costs in the life of a system or equipment. The sensitivity analysis is done by varying the interest rate and time 15% and 45%, respectively, to the left and right, and varying 25% of the maintenance and operation cost. It is found that the operation cost and the interest rate give a high impact on the final output of the LCC. A case study of pumps is used in this study.

Osteoradinecrosis is an infectious disease and inflammation that occurs in the jaw after doing radio therapy. Radiographic picture of the disease is visible lesions lucent extensive radio in the jaw. In Clinical condition, seen fistula and abscess in the jaw. One therapy for the treatment of this condition is the Hyperbaric Oxygen. The purpose of this paper is to look casereport work hyperbaric oxygen therapy in treating osteoradionecrosis. Patient age55-year-old, woman, came with complaints of pain in  left and right lower jaw, since one month ago, after doing radiotherapy for 6 months. Patients diagnosed osteoradionecrosis. for the healing, selected medical therapy and patients are advised for doing oxygen hyperbaric therapy in AL Minto Harjo hospital Jakarta. One month after doing hyperbaric oxygen therapies seen change and healing. Lesions that form still has the same broad but disappeared fistula, abscess dries, necrotic tissue disappeared / reduced as well as the formation of new bone matrix. As conclusion, , obviously able to heal lesions caused osteomielitys oxygen therapy hyperbaric osteoradionecrosis.

Societies around the globe have been witnessing the emergence of the radical right, often seen as the result of neoliberal globalization. Democratic governance, liberalism, human rights, and values are being questioned while populist, authoritarian, and ethnonationalist forms of governance are being offered. In the European Union, the tumultuous developments have been testing the viability of the identity marker of Europeanness and its perseverance in EU member states. What we are witnessing are significant shifts in the discourse about sameness and otherness, the convergence of left and right ideologies and the emergence of hybrid forms of authoritarianism and democracy that have been dubbed as illiberal democracy or authoritarian liberalism. The rise of the radical right and its mobilization across the EU member states is reflective of these processes, and it is the goal of this author to understand the mechanisms behind the empowerment, mobilization, and normalization of radical right through the case study of Slovakia. In particular, the effort of this paper is to understand how the far-right party Kotlebovci – Ľudová Strana Naše Slovensko (ĽSNS) in Slovakia re-conceptualized the notion of nation and normalized far-right ideology as a pretext of a broader mobilization.
