Pisang Island is one of the leading objects of tourist destinations in Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province and has a good potential to be developed for ecotourism. The present problems are the tourist visits that caused disruption and decline in the environmental quality it is important to know the maximum limit of tourist visits to prevent environmental damage. The purpose of this study was to analyze the carrying capacity of the ecotourism sites. The study was conducted in June 2018 - January 2019. The research method used a geographic information system (GIS). The tourism track data that was taken using a global positioning system (GPS) tracker processed using Arc Gis 10.3. The data obtained was then calculated to determine the ecotourism’s physical, real and effective carrying capacity. The results revealed that the physical carrying capacity at Pulau Pisang was 175,000 individuals/day, while for real and effective carrying capacity were 27,887 individuals/day and 744 individuals/day respectively. The number of visitors who visit during working days was below the carrying capacity. However, the visit was over the carrying capacity during a holiday such as Idul Fitri days. Therefore, it is necessary to limit visitors during holidays so that environmental sustainability and the comfort of the visit could be maintained. ABSTRAKPulau Sumatera terletak di antara dua lempeng tektonik yaitu lempeng Indo-Australia dan lempeng Eurasia. Intensitas gempa bumi sangat besar di pulau ini, terutama di sepanjang daerah pesisir barat. Pada 2002-2008 periode, banyak gempa bumi besar yang menyebabkan korban jiwa dan kerusakan lingkungan. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa studi tentang pola deformasi pulau Sumatera sangat diperlukan. Studi yang diperlukan adalah untuk rencana mitigasi bencana di masa depan. Pola deformasi gempa dapat diamati dengan GPS pengamatan (Global Positioning System). Data yang digunakan untuk gempa Sumatera adalah GPS Sumatera Array (SuGAr). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk data Array GPS Sumatera dari pulau Sumatera adalah Gamit 10.4. Dari hasil pengolahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa data perpindahan koordinat stasiun dapat digunakan jika data outlier telah terhapus. Dari koordinat perpindahan stasiun bisa diperoleh vektor perpindahan semua stasiun sebelum, selama atau setelah gempa bumi. Dari perpindahan nilai-nilai vektor, nilai regangan yang terjadi di sepanjang pulau Sumatera dapat diperkirakan. Dari data regangan, nilai akumulasi regangan 2002-2008 dapat diperoleh. Sehingga dapat dianalisis wilayah yang berpotensi terjadinya gempa selanjutnya.Kata Kunci: Akumulasi Regangan , Deformasi, Kerusakan Lingkungan, ABSTRACTThe Sumatra Island is located between two tectonic plates; the Indo-Australia Plate and the Eurasian plate. The intensity of the earthquakes is very large on the island because of this, especially along the western coastal area. On the 2002 to 2008 period, many large earthquakes that caused casualties and damage to the environment. These phenomena shows that the studies of the deformation patterns of the Sumatra island is required. The studies are required for disaster mitigation plans in the future. The deformation patterns of the earthquake can be observed with GPS (Global Positioning System) observation. The data that is being used for Sumatra earthquake is the Sumatran GPS Array. The software that is used for the Sumatran GPS Array data of the Sumatra Island is the Gamit 10.4. From the data processing, it can be concluded that there are displacements of the nations can be used if the outlier data has been erased. From the station displacement coordinates, we can obtain the displacement vector of all of the station before, during or after the earthquakes. From the displacement vector values, the values of the strain that occurs along the Sumatra Island can be estimated. From the strain data, the accumulated value of strain from 2002 to 2008 can be obtained. Creative industries and tourism is one sector that is easiest to improve the condition of the economy of a region. This study discusses the information distribution service usage model of mobile application technology using Location Based Service (LBS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) in the development of creative industries through integration with products of tourist destinations. By using the technology of location based services and global positioning system that will be developed and implemented on the application of geographic information systems and web-based mobile android, then the those creative industries would be material and guidance in utilizing information technology as a means to promote the business of creative industries it has to be more effective and efficient

Seiring dengan pesatnya kemajuan teknologi saat ini, kebutuhan manusia menjadi lebih beragam, termasuk kebutuhan akan informasi. Tidak hanya media informasinya yang semakin beragam, jenis informasi yang dibutuhkan juga semakin beragam, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan informasi akan posisi kita terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan itu sebuah sistem pemosisi diciptakan. Sistem pemosisi yang banyak digunakan saat ini cenderung berfokus pada lingkup ruang yang besar (global) padahal, dalam lingkup ruang yang lebih kecil (lokal) sebuah sistem pemosisi juga diperlukan, seperti di ruang-ruang terbuka umum (taman atau kebun), ataupun dalam sebuah bangunan. Sistem pemosisi lokal yang ada saat ini sering kali membutuhkan infrastruktur yang mahal dalam pembangunannya. Aplikasi Pemosisi Lokal Berbasis Android dengan Menggunakan GPS ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna akan informasi lokasi dan posisi mereka terhadap lingkungan di sekitarnya dalam lingkup ruang yang lebih kecil (lokal) dengan memanfaatkan perangkat GPS (Global Positioning System) yang telah tertanam dalam perangkat smartphone Android agar infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan lebih efisien. Dalam implementasinya, Aplikasi Pemosisi Lokal ini bertindak sebagai klien dengan dukungan sebuah Database Server yang berfungsi sebagai media penyimpanan data serta sumber referensi informasi yang dapat diakses melalui jaringan internet sehingga tercipta sebuah sistem yang terintegrasi secara global. This paper examines the distribution of hospitality services in Uyo Urban, Nigeria. GIS method was the primary tool used for data collection. A global positioning system (GPS) Garmin 60 model was used in tracking the location of 102 hospitality services in the study area. One hypothesis was stated and tested using the nearest neighbour analysis. The finding shows evidence of clustering of the various hospitality services. The tested hypothesis further indicated that hospitality services clustered in areas that guarantee a sustainable level of patronage to maximize profit. Thus, the hospitality services clustered in selected streets in the metropolis while limited numbers were found outside the city’s central area.
