This research aims to measure the level of application of the international standard for the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001: 2018) in educational institutions by determining the size of the gap between the actual reality of occupational health and safety and the requirements of the researched standard, as well as proposing steps to implement the standard. Researching educational institutions in the Ministry of Education office, and the check list was adopted as a main tool for data collection by using statistical methods to obtain the results of the research represented (by the arithmetic mean and percentage to determine the extent of conformity and the actual size of the gap). The research reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which was that The procedures and requirements of the occupational health and safety management system came in very weak rates, as the percentage reached (15%) with a gap of (85%), and this gap came as a result of not adopting the application of the occupational health and safety standard.

In a construction project there are various problems that occur, one of which is the problem regarding the occupational Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) which must always be considered. The research location is located in the city of Ternate, North Maluku province. This study aims to determine which constraint variable has the most influence based on the perception of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) experts. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with several construction companies. Based on the results of the AHP analysis, the rankings of the constraint variables are as follows: no evaluation related to OHS for workers in the field (0.2312), low culture (0.2277), no punishment for workers who do not carry out OHS in the field (0.1486).

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is aimed as an effort to create a workplace that is safe, healthy, free from environmental pollution, so that it can reduce and or be free from work accidents and occupational diseases and can have an impact on increasing work efficiency and productivity. The need for implementation and Monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System at PT. Mujur Lestari must have a good corporate culture and be able to contribute to SMK3. For that PT. Mujur Lestari makes implementation and Monitoring to minimize the risk of work accidents for employees. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Mujur Lestari, totaling 81 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire while the analytical method used was multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an influence between knowledge on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) at PT. Mujur Lestari with a tcount greater than ttable, the effect of applying the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) with a tcount greater than ttable, the effect of Monitoring on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) with a greater tcount from ttable and there is no relationship between the implementation and Monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The conclusion shows that the knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), the application variable has a positive and significant impact on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) and the Monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Therefore, there needs to be a Occupational Health and Safety management system in the market. The writing of this article aims to explain the differences in management systems Occupational Health and Safety in traditional markets and modern markets. The method used to achieve this goal is observe and interview in the market, both in the traditional market and modern market in Surakarta city. The expected result of the writing of this article is the improvement of the K3 management system in both traditional and modern markets in Surakarta
