Abstract Systole irana sp. n. and S. dzintari sp. n. are described from Iran. Systole complanata Zerova is recorded from Iran for the first time. These three Systole species belong to the subgenus Systole (Systole). The species of this subgenus have trophic associations with plants of family Apiaceae. An identification key to species of Systole from Iran is given. Holotype and paratypes of new species are deposited in the collection of I. I. Schmalhausen Institute of Zoology National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).

The aedeagi as well as morphological details of Hybridolinus decipiens Schillhammer, 1998 and Hybridolinus smetanai Schillhammer, 2003 are illustrated. An updated identification key to species is provided and the zoogeographical pattern of species distribution is discussed. The types of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IZ-CAS).

The species Exeurytoma anatolica Сam (Hymenoptera, Chalcidoidea, Eurytomidae), formerly known only from Turkey, was reared from seeds of Astragalus angustiflorus (C.Koch) (Fabaceae) in Iran for the first time. It is a firstly record of A. angustiflorus as a new host plant for Ex. anatolica. The species Ex. anatolica and Ex. сaraganae are phytophagous and develop in seeds of legume plants (Fabaceae). Redescription of Ex. anatolica is provided. Identification key to species of Exeurytoma is given. The species Ex. anatolica is differentiated by the ovipositor’s length which is about 1/3 as long as gaster and the length of first funicular segment which is in 1,2 times longer than pedicel. Material is deposited in the collection of I.I. Schmalhausen Institute of Zoology of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).

A revision of the genus Sinaphaenops Uéno et Wang, 1991 is provided, with a modified key to species. Two new species are described and illustrated in southern Guizhou Province: S. yaolinensis sp. n. (from a limestone cave called Yaolin Rongdong, Du’yun Shi) and S. banshanicus sp. n. (from Cave Banshan Dong, Guiding County). Male genital characteristics of S. mochongensis Tian et Huang, 2014 are reported for the first time. New records for other three Sinaphaenops species are given. In addition, an identification key to subgenera and species of Sinaphaenops is provided.

The nasocorine plant bug genus Campylomma Reuter from Japan and neighboring regions is reviewed. Twelve species are currently recognized. Several species, which have pale basic coloration, are rediagnosed, with emphasis on the male and female genitalia as significant taxonomic characters. Two new species, C. fukagawai and C. tanakakiana, are described and figured, and C. marjorae Schuh is reported from Japan for the first time and diagnosed. The females of three taxonomically confused species, C. eurycephala Yasunaga, C. livida Reuter and C. lividicornis Reuter, are documented in detail and figured for the first time. Female specimens of the most frequently encountered congeners, C. lividicornis Reuter and C. livida Reuter, can now be unequivocally identified. Confidently associated final-instar immatures are figured for C. aterrima Yasunaga and C. livida Reuter. Confirmed host plant associations are reported for most treated species. Campylomma chinensis [= chinense] Schuh is proposed as a junior synonym of C. livida Reuter, and C. chichijima Carvalho is regarded as nomen dubium. A checklist and a key to species are provided, which are applicable to the faunas of Japan, and of Korea, NE China the Russian Far East and Taiwan as well.

Platygerris White comprises true bugs that inhabit the surface of water in moderate to fast-flowing freshwater habitats. This genus differs from Cylindrostethus Mayr and Potamobates Champion (Gerridae: Cylindrostethinae) by having a short and flattened body; the mandibular and maxillary plates fused; and the omphalium, lateral groove, and lateral evaporatorium of the scent apparatus inconspicuous. In this paper, we redescribe Platygerris, describe two new species from Colombia, and redescribe P. asymmetricus Hungerford, P. caeruleus Champion and P. depressus White. In addition, we present an updated identification key to the species of the genus. For the first time, the cuticular structure is described for the genus based on electron microscopy.
