Fatigue as a term does not represent a disease, but a state of reduced mental and/or physical potentials and requires an interdisciplinary approach to detecting and managing risks in mutually related and conditioned work processes. Knowing the principle of fatigue allows us to discover, understand, predict and reduce the possibility of escalation of problems in a timely manner. Today, fatigue is recognized in civil aviation as the direct cause of more than 20% of incidents. Security and safety management measures are mainly aimed at reducing threats from a technical or procedural aspect while ignoring the fact that inadequate management of the Human Factor causes 80% of injuries, loss of life and material damage.

With the coordinated development of social economy and technology today, various advanced construction techniques and well-established management measures have begun to be widely used in coal-tunnel construction. However, in the construction process of low-gas tunnels, it will also cause a certain degree of adverse impact on the construction quality and safety due to the lack of technical experience and management experience to a certain extent. Based on this, this paper takes the actual tunnel project of a coal mine as an example to analyze the main construction technology and safety management measures of low-gas tunnels, so as to provide guarantee for the quality and safety of such tunnel construction.

The Difference

Objective: To analyze the application of nursing safety management in orthopedic nursing management. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2015, the Department of Orthopedic Nursing Safety management measures, as well as January 2016 December 2016 during the period of our hospital for orthopedic care safety management measures, the nursing work to sort out the information Statistics, and the two measures before and after the implementation of our hospital orthopedic care level and patient care satisfaction were retrospectively summed up, and the value of the comparison. Results: After the implementation of orthopedic nursing safety management measures, the nursing level of our hospital was obviously improved, and the patient ‘s nursing satisfaction increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Abstract Objective: To analyze the characteristics of anesthesia adverse events in our department and propose measures for anesthesia safety management, to achieve better improvement of medical quality and promote medical safety. Methods: A total of 589 cases of anesthesia adverse events were collated and analyzed, including the time period of anesthesia adverse events and ASA (American Society of Aneshesiologists) classification of anesthesia adverse events. Results: The anesthesia induction and awakening periods were the main time periods for the occurrence of anesthesia adverse events, other human factors were the main reasons for the occurrence of anesthesia adverse events, and ASA grading II and III surgical patients accounted for the main proportion (mainly because of the heavy proportion of II and III surgical patients). Conclusion: Understanding the causes of adverse anesthesia events and implementing strict anesthesia safety management measures are conducive to reducing the occurrence of adverse anesthesia events and improving the safety of anesthesia.
