<p class="Text"><strong>Sesuai Peraturan Presiden no 39 tahun 2019 tentang Satu Data, untuk memperoleh Data yang akurat, mutakhir, terpadu,, mudah diakses, dan dibagipakaikan, diperlukan perbaikan tata kelola Data yang dihasilkan oleh pemerintah. Studi kasus penelitian ini di Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek Jawa Timur di 35 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dengan metode kuisioner dan wawancara untuk penggalian permasalahan data. Perumusan pengolahan data menggunakan pedoman Data Management Body Of Knowledge (DMBOK. Data Management Body Of Knowledge (DMBOK)  merupakan salah satu  framework tata kelola data yang memberikan pendekatan model tata  kelola data secara fungsional, lengkap dan menyeluruh dalam membangun tata kelola data di organisasi. Penelitian ini merumuskan struktur tatakelola data, peran tata kelola data dalam struktur organisasi pemerintahan Kabupaten Trenggalek, peran aktivitas tata kelola data dan pemetaan solusi 18 masalah data di Pemerintah Kabupaten Trenggalek berdasarkan pedoman DMBOK. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola data dengan pedoman DMBOK dapat digunakan sebagai solusi  untuk masalah data yang terjadi. Struktur tata kelola data yang telah dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu Kabupaten Trenggalek dalam mengimplementasikan tata kelola data di pemerintah daerah secara efektif</strong></p><div style="mso-element: comment-list;"><div style="mso-element: comment;"><div id="_com_2" class="msocomtxt"><!--[if !supportAnnotations]--></div><!--[endif]--></div></div>

Purpose – The role of data literacy is discussed in the light of such activities as data a quality, data management, data curation, and data citation. The differing terms and their relationship to the most important literacies are examined. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – By stressing the importance of data literacy in fulfilling the mission of the contemporary academic library, the paper centres on information literacy, while the characteristics of other relevant literacies are also examined. The content of data literacy education is explained in the context of data-related activities. Findings – It can be concluded that there is a need for data literacy and it is advantageous to have a unified terminology. Data literacy can be offered both to researchers, who need to become data literate science workers and have the goal to educate data management professionals. Several lists of competencies contain important skills and abilities, many of them indicating the close relationship between data literacy and information literacy. It is vital to take a critical stance on hopes and fears, related to the promises of widespread ability of (big) data. Originality/value – The paper intends to be an add-on to the body of knowledge about information literacy and other literacies in the light of research data and data literacy.

This article is dedicated to the problem of effective use by credit organization of the own client data due to their heterogeneity. The object of this research is the client data of a credit organization. The subject is the possibility of application of the means of efficient client data management in a credit organization for the purpose of fulfilling regulatory requirements&nbsp; The main goal of this work consists in the analysis and formulation of recommendations with regards to modification of client data model, as well as improvement of quality of client data by means of data management based on the DAMA-DMBOK body of knowledge in the context of the key areas of data management. The article reviews the key areas of data management and the methods of application of rules and recommendations of each of them to the data management process of the credit organization. The relevance of this article is substantiated by legislative requirements pertaining to monitoring of services provided for private and legal entities from the sanctioned territory. The scientific novelty consists in application of data management knowledge to the relevant issue on the need for automatic determination of territorial affiliation of the client in order to comply with the requirements of normative legal acts. The research methods are content analysis, structural analysis, and modeling. The main conclusions consist in recommendations for modification client data model of the bank, namely methods and principles for expanding the data model using standardized data parameters, which significantly improves the quality of data. The implementation of such recommendations would allow a financial organization to reduce the risks associated with payment of fines and revoke of licenses due to noncompliance with the regulatory requirements.

El gobierno de datos (GD) asegura que los datos cumplan con las expectativas del negocio, reduzca costos de gestión, protección y desarrolle los datos como un activo estratégico y de valor. En Colombia, el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (MinTIC) ha entregado una herramienta conceptual para que las entidades públicas puedan adoptar la Arquitectura TI Colombia, definiendo lineamientos y guías para facilitar su entendimiento y aplicación. Este artículo tiene como Objetivo: Caracterizar el alcance de los marcos de referencia para facilitar la implementación del GD establecido por MinTIC para las entidades públicas. Metodología: El proceso consistió en: 1) identificar marcos de referencia, 2) caracterizar relación de marcos de referencia con lineamientos y elementos, 3) identificar alineación de los ámbitos y aportes de los marcos de gestión y GD para la implementación del GD, y 4) analizar los resultados de la investigación. Resultados: El proceso permitió identificar los elementos que cada marco de referencia aporta a la implementación del GD de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos por el MinTIC. Conclusiones: El Data Management Body of Knowledge del Data Management Association (DAMA) entrega herramientas y técnicas que facilitan la implementación de lo estipulado por el ministerio, el cual puede complementarse con elementos del Data Governance Framework del Data Governance Institute (DGI) y The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
