Автоматизация производственных процессов на предприятии помогает максимально эффективно организовать работу производства, существенно снизить нагрузку на отдельных людей. Целью работы является разработка интеллектуального автоматизированного комплекса хранения инструментов. Актуальность разработки обусловлена необходимостью повышения эффективности производства за счет правильной организации и планирования производственных процессов и площадей, приведения данных процессов в соответствие с современными требованиями к информационно-измерительным системам. В данной статье рассматривается концепция создания интеллектуального автоматизированного комплекса хранения инструментов, описываются основные составляющие комплекса, рассматриваются принципы их взаимодействия, приводится алгоритм работы пользователя с ячейками системы хранения при выполнении операции внесения инструмента.Результатом исследования является разработка оригинального комплекса хранения инструмента, который применим на промышленных предприятиях различного профиля. Automation of production processes at an enterprise helps to organize the work of production as efficiently as possible, significantly reduce the workload on individual people. The aim of the work is to develop an intelligent automated complex for storing tools. The relevance of the development is due to the need to improve production efficiency through the correct organization and planning of production processes and areas, bringing these processes in line with modern requirements for information and measurement systems. This article discusses the concept of creating an intelligent automated complex for storing tools, describes the main components of the complex, discusses the principles of their interaction, provides an algorithm for the user's work with the cells of the storage system during the operation of inserting the tool.The result of the research is the development of an original tool storage complex, which is applicable at industrial enterprises of various profiles.

The design for traditional gantry planer aims at its empty stroke and low work efficiency of the two fatal flaws in this paper. We adopted the structure innovation by mechanical design and designed the gantry planer bidirectional shaping turret. And the device is simple in structure and easy in manufacture. These make improved gantry planer remove empty stroke and change one-way shaping into two-way shaping. Thus the improved gantry planer can depress energy cost consumedly and improve production efficiency. This will broaden its market greatly in the machining industry.

With the rapid development of social productive forces, the laser marking machine of one-work location has been difficult to meet the needs of large-scale production. In order to save time of to load parts, We design the laser Marking of Two-work location. The laser marking machine of two-work location. has two-work locations, when a work location load parts, other a work location is marking at the same time. Two work location alternate work , So significantly reduces the production of auxiliary time, improve production efficiency and meet customer needs. This design has been widely used in the domestic machining industry now, marking areas of laser marking in the domestic industry is still first.

A newly developed four-station translational and rotary worktable can be applied for complex human-machine hybrid operations and dangerous heat treatment operations. And the design can guarantee closed operations without involvement of human when the worktable rotates to the concentrated area, while the installation or other manual processing when the worktable rotates to the separate area. In addition, by designing innovative rotating and track-changing mechanism and the direction-holding mechanism, the work piece remains the constant direction in the rotation process. Furthermore, the interference problem of the Geneva mechanism of the track-changing fork is analyzed. Consequently, the smaller the angle of fork notch is, the smaller the force that fork reacts on the support shaft is, meanwhile, the strength can be satisfied more easily. The optimal angle of Y-fork is 90 degree. The application of the four-station translational and rotary worktable can achieve multi-step continuous process, save workspace and improve production efficiency.

For complex spacecraft assembly conditions, how to play effective and flexible robotic characteristics, and improve production efficiency, is the problem needed to solve.this paper presents a flexible force control method on robotic assembly: a 6-axis force/torque sensor is mounted between tools and the end of robots, the operator operates the load by hands directly, and the system can obtain the force/torque information caused by operator’s hands through gravity compensation algorithm, then the force/torque information is used as input parameters to control the robots moving with the hands. The detailed scheme and algorithms are presented in this paper.

Competition in the bussines world demanded the company to produce a quality product. In the improvement of quality itself raises the cost called quality cost. The purpose of this study is to know the applying of quality cost in increasing the efficiency production of PT. Tropica Cocoprima. Cost elements quality in general there are four but quality cost at PT. Tropica Cocoprima has three cost elements quality namely; cost of prevention, cost of appraisal, internal failure cost, while the cost of failure is not found on the external company. The biggest quality cost accur in 2011 amounting to Rp. 3.070.883.790,00 or 6,81% from total actual sale. The result show that estimate obtained with the addition cost on cost categories prevention, quality cost decreased amounting to Rp. 2.770.496.414,00 or 2,65% from total actual sale. So, it can be concluded quality cost can improve production efficiency and reduce produce defects.
