Detection of outliers or anomalies is one of the vital issues in pattern-driven data mining. Outlier detection detects the inconsistent behavior of individual objects. It is an important sector in the data mining field with several different applications such as detecting credit card fraud, hacking discovery and discovering criminal activities. It is necessary to develop tools used to uncover the critical information established in the extensive data. This paper investigated a novel method for detecting cluster outliers in a multidimensional dataset, capable of identifying the clusters and outliers for datasets containing noise. The proposed method can detect the groups and outliers left by the clustering process, like instant irregular sets of clusters (C) and outliers (O), to boost the results. The results obtained after applying the algorithm to the dataset improved in terms of several parameters. For the comparative analysis, the accurate average value and the recall value parameters are computed. The accurate average value is 74.05% of the existing COID algorithm, and our proposed algorithm has 77.21%. The average recall value is 81.19% and 89.51% of the existing and proposed algorithm, which shows that the proposed work efficiency is better than the existing COID algorithm.

Objective. To explore the practice of comprehensive pharmacy management mode under the strategy of healthy China. Methods. Combining with hospital practice, the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive pharmacy management mode were discussed and considered. Results. The comprehensive pharmacy has advantages in improving work efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, refining pharmacy management, checking the compatibility of Chinese and Western medicines, and improving service quality, and it also increases the labor intensity of staff and is prone to prescription dispensing errors. Conclusion. Hospitals with mature conditions and permission can use the management mode of comprehensive pharmacy.

At present, China exists a problem that the cost of food sampling inspection is too high. This paper attempts to reduce the number of sampling inspection items in the same food category, reduce the cost of food sampling inspection, and improve the work efficiency through the association analysis of national sampling inspection data. And this paper applies Apriori algorithm to analyse the association rules, which is based on the unqualified pastry sampling inspection data in the 2019 national food sampling inspection database. Finally, we obtain 10 strong association rules through experiments. The results show that this association analysis can reduce the workload of food sampling inspection effectively.

With the development of Internet, the electronic resume has gradually replaced the paper one. It is the basic requirement of recruitment for enterprises to retrieve the talent information that fulfills the requirement quickly and without omission.Based on the framework of SpringBoot and Lucence full-text search engine, this paper implements a resume intelligent filtering algorithm, which improves the query speed of the system by establishing an index database. At the same time,the scoring function improves the accuracy of the filtering results, reduces the pressure of high concurrency of the database, improves the work efficiency of the Human Resources Department, and avoids the talent loss.

Basing on the materials of the representative surveys held by RANEPA in 2020 and 2021, it has been shown how wide-spread and effective is the distance form of employment in Russia. Before the epidemiological crisis distance employment was characteristic of a very limited segment of the labor market and was mostly concentrated in groups of relatively high-income employees in the sphere of services and informational technologies. Along with actualization of the coronavirus threat and activation of the measures taken to prevent its spread, the labor market underwent significant changes in 2020, and more than 20% of the employed were forced to switch to distance employment. The transition to distance employment turned out to be very traumatic in terms of work efficiency and psychological comfort. The developed typology shows that positive perception is likely only for 16% of respondents and more than a half are found in the zone of negative integral assessment. Representatives of the youngest cohorts and metropolis dwellers showed the highest level of adaptivity: they expressed the highest positive assessments of the shift to the remote format. The spread of remote employment enhanced the use of informational technologies, particularly, the means of distance visual interaction for solving working tasks. On the whole, such a mass switch to remote employment has turned out to be effective as a temporary measure that will allow smoothing out the negative outcomes of the pandemic. It may be assumed that in the medium term there will be optimization of management efforts when introducing remote work of some employees, and segmental development of mixed employment forms based on the effective balance of employees' and employers' interests.

Hydraulic excavators are one type of construction equipment used in various construction sites worldwide, and their usage and scale are diverse. Generally, the work efficiency of a hydraulic excavator largely depends on human operation skills. If we can comprehend the experienced operation skills and utilize them for manual control assist, semi-automatic or automatic remote control, it would improve its work efficiency and suppress personnel costs, reduce the operator’s workload, and improve his/her safety. In this study, we propose a methodology to design efficient machine trajectories based on mathematical models and numerical optimization, focusing on ground-level excavation as a dominant task. First, we express its excavation trajectory using four parameters and assume the models for the amount of excavated soil and the reaction force based on our previous experiments. Next, we combine these models with a geometrical model for the hydraulic excavating machine. We then assign the amount of soil to a performance index preferably to be maximized and the amount of work to a cost index preferably to be minimized, both in the form of functions of the trajectory parameters, resulting in an optimization problem that trades them off. In particular, we formulate (1) a multi-objective optimization problem maximizing a weighted linear combination of the amount of soil and the amount of work as an objective function, and (2) a single-objective optimization problem maximizing the amount of soil under a given upper bound on the amount of work, so that we can solve these optimization problems using the genetic algorithm (GA). Finally, we conclude this paper by suggesting our notice on design methodology and discussing how we should provide the optimization method as mentioned above to the users who operate hydraulic excavators.

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology to medical imaging has resulted in great breakthroughs. Given the unique position of ultrasound (US) in prenatal screening, the research on AI in prenatal US has practical significance with its application to prenatal US diagnosis improving work efficiency, providing quantitative assessments, standardizing measurements, improving diagnostic accuracy, and automating image quality control. This review provides an overview of recent studies that have applied AI technology to prenatal US diagnosis and explains the challenges encountered in these applications.

Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low work efficiency in manual handling of cloth rolls in domestic weaving workshops, this paper designs an automatic cloth drop car device. The device mainly includes a transmission device and a cloth dropping structure. The transmission device includes shafts and other related parts. The cloth dropping mechanism is composed of a frame, rollers and connecting rods. The cooperation between the mechanisms is used to complete a series of movements such as cloth dropping and transfer. And the finite element analysis of the cloth roller hook shows that the cloth drop mechanism is safe and reliable.

The current conditions of the functioning of enterprises and the complexity of many production processes raise the issues related to the efficiency of managers’ work to a higher level. Following this requirement, much more attention is paid to improving work efficiency and its proper organization. It has been emphasized that the increasing amount of knowledge necessary to be acquired in a unit of time and the greater degree of difficulty of working in various positions make it necessary to take into account, apart from natural human predispositions, also biological rhythms and current environmental influences. Therefore, it is understandable that employees, especially managers, should know the psychophysical activities shaping the efficiency of human work and consider their influence on the improvement of management efficiency. It has been emphasized that the role of a manager comes down to achieving the goals set by the team. In addition to the conditions, several proposals have been presented to improve the activities of people holding managerial positions.

This study focuses on clinical pathways guided by evidence-based medicine (EBM). With the clinical pathway as the center, the subjective and objective medical knowledge of medical staff are collected, and a clinical pathway management system guided by EBM is established through a unified process; user demand analysis; main considerations; implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of the clinical path; and dictionary maintenance, to help hospitals fully regulate medical behaviors. Next, the study displays the path access prompt box, area 1 management page, table management page, exit prompt box, mutation record page, doctor order interface, revocation of execution, and monitoring interface, and the system designed is compared with the Beijing Shankang Technology (ASK) clinical data management system in terms of user experience. The results showed that the reporting rate of medical adverse events in the system in this study was 0.21%, and the work efficiency was increased by 14%. In terms of users’ satisfaction, the hospital managers’ satisfaction was 84 ± 5.36%, and it was 95 ± 4.72% for medical staff and 88 ± 4.91% for system administrators, superior to the ASK system; the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ). In conclusion, the clinical pathway information management system is in line with the working environment of medical staff, and the synchronous monitoring and management of medical quality are achieved through digital means, which can reduce the occurrence of medical adverse events and improve the work efficiency of medical staff.
