Current status and problems of agricultural production on radioactively contaminated areas of Kyiv Polissya have been analyzed. It has been found that the Chernobyl disaster led to significant changes in specialization of agricultural production in both plant growing and animal husbandry. Such traditional regional industries as flax, hop etc completely collapsed. Most of the livestock sectors, especially dairy cattle, have become unprofitable due to abnormal production contamination and negative ecological image of the region. Large companies have become the most competitive in conditions of Kyiv Polissya. The most effective countermeasures have been identified and initial steps to obtain the radioecologically safe agricultural products on the affected by the Chernobyl disaster areas have been developed. Specialization of agricultural production, depending on the level of radioactive contamination has been improved. Agricultural enterprises of the region are not able to carry out the recommended measures in full because of lack of funds. Therefore, there is necessity to introduce the economic incentives for farmers, which will provide comprehensive implementation of a number of economic, environmental, administrative, social and psychological operations.

Introduction. The agrarian sector is an important strategic branch of the national economy that ensures food security and food independence of our country. The presence of risks and threats pose a risk to the entity. In this context, the relative importance of security should be emphasized, since the possibility of threats and their suddenness can hardly be ruled out if the subject seeks dynamic development, but can minimize their impact by planning and developing a security strategy. The study is aimed at assessing the financial security of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises, outlining threats at the macro and micro levels of the economy in order to formulate measures to minimize such threats. Methods. Such general philosophical and special methods as analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, historical, grouping, tabular, and arithmetic were used in the study. Results. The agricultural industry has a number of factors that have a positive impact on its financial security, but most of them affect the financial security of both macro and micro-level economies. For example, in 2019, agricultural exports, agricultural expenditures and support lines increased positively. However, environmental issues remain unresolved and exacerbate their situation. The need to review the state’s support for farmers was identified. Most agricultural enterprises do not have sufficient own resources and credit for innovative development. Conclusions. Ensuring of the economic security of agricultural enterprises requires effective management of available resources, which are capable to ensure the process of extended reproduction. Moreover, it is vital to ensure financial sustainability while preserving the environment, update the composition of fixed production facilities, attract and train qualified personnel, improve the competitiveness of agricultural products, and expand distribution channels. Prospects. Further research is needed by the measures of minimization of the educed threats to financial safety of agricultural enterprises.

Natural resources potential of the territory and natural-historical mechanism of its development are pacing factors in agriculture differentiation and AIC-development. Key branches in the Stavropol Territory are crop production, sheep breeding and meat and milk cattle breeding. To meet the market demands “equating” differentiation of agricultural enterprises is implemented. Thus, in Stavropol Territory crop lands have been increased for crops required in the market that disbalanced the crop rotation, disturbed agro technologies and resulted in reduction in yields and grain quality. In the Territory 70 % of tillage is in risky agriculture. About 65 % of crop production (wheat, barley and others) are in draughty areas where out of 141 years (1861–2002) 41 % draughty, which determine high natural-climatic dependence of grain economy [1]. Annual and areal variability of grain production is also determined by topsoil heterogeneity and variety of relief. At present production of the basic market crop – winter wheat, which takes 75 % of acreage for cereals and leguminous crops, the productivity of the cultivated crop is 22.4–39.5 centner/hectare. It results in top soil changes such as compaction, fertilizer impoverishment and organic matter content (organic matter deficit is 400–700 kg/ha). Intensification of agrarian production results in quicker erosion processes, soil properties decline and lower fertility. The total area of eroded lands in the Territory is 1792000 ha [2]. That is why it is important to develop a new model of the economic use of Stavropol Territory. The main methods of study are analysis of the current status and organization of the agricultural zones of the Territory. The data were preceded with the software Statistica.

An examination of some specialized lunar and planetary ephemerides has revealed inconsistencies in the adopted planetary masses, the presence of non-gravitational terms, and some outright numerical errors. They should be considered of temporary usefulness only, subject to subsequent amendment as required for the interpretation of observational data.

Solid state x-ray sensing systems have been used for many years in conjunction with scanning and transmission electron microscopes. Such systems conveniently provide users with elemental area maps and quantitative chemical analyses of samples. Improvements on these tools are currently sought in the following areas: sensitivity at longer and shorter x-ray wavelengths and minimization of noise-broadening of spectral lines. In this paper, we review basic limitations and recent advances in each of these areas. Throughout the review, we emphasize the systems nature of the problem. That is. limitations exist not only in the sensor elements but also in the preamplifier/amplifier chain and in the interfaces between these components.Solid state x-ray sensors usually function by way of incident photons creating electron-hole pairs in semiconductor material. This radiation-produced mobile charge is swept into external circuitry by electric fields in the semiconductor bulk.
