With the popularity and development of the network, the support of the high-performance computer technology becomes increasingly important as the huge information storage and the convenience of Information retrieval function of the internet that attracts more and more people join the netizens team. Therefore, I proposed an Information Processing Platform based on the high performance data mining in order to improve the Internet mass information intelligence parallel processing functions and the integrated development of the systems information storage, management, integration, intelligence processing, data mining and utilization. The propose of this system is to provide certain references and guidance for the technology implementation and realization of the high performance and high efficiency network massive Information Processing Platform as on the one hand, I have analyzed the key technology of the implementation of the platform, on the other hand briefly introduced the implementation of the RDIDC.

Analysis of the intelligent traffic service platform system structure and key technology of cloud computing, proposed mass sensing information processing scheme based on the intelligent traffic service platform. First the scheme proposed system architecture, designed a multiple functional unit modules of the system, through the combination of these functional unit can realize the configured service for tens of thousands of service and tenants. Then, the system adopts Hadoop open source framework for distributed computing. Finally, the system is realized in the intelligent transportation service.

Twitter may be considered to be a decentralized social information processing platform whose users constantly receive their followees’ information feeds, which they may in turn dispatch to their followers. This decentralization is not devoid of hierarchy and heterogeneity, both in terms of activity and attention. In particular, we appraise the distribution of attention at the collective and individual level, which exhibits the existence of attentional constraints and focus effects. We observe that most users usually concentrate their attention on a limited core of peers and topics, and discuss the relationship between interactional and informational attention processes—all of which, we suggest, may be useful to refine influence models by enabling the consideration of differential attention likelihood depending on users, their activity levels, and peers’ positions.

This paper describes that through Android platform in the mobile terminal we can send or receive the commodity anti-counterfeiting message, send commodity anti-counterfeiting message to enterprise information processing platform, send back the data to mobile terminals which had been processed, and displayed to consumers’ the screen through the information processing. Mobile terminal anti-counterfeiting technology has much more sophistication than the no digital anti-counterfeiting technology. It not only can feedback commodity genuine or fake information to consumer, but also can help the enterprises to realize merchandise sales information collection through computer network technology, database technology, and enterprise intelligent web system.
