This research aims to identify the effects of quality of work-life and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour of permanent nurses. The research method is quantitative with 50 research subjects consisting of permanent nurses. The data were collected using Likert scale, consisting of organizational citizenship behaviour scale, quality of work-life scale, and organizational commitment scale. The scale of organizational citizenship behaviour has the reliability of 0.854, the scale of quality of work-life has the reliability of 0.933, and the scale of organizational commitment has the reliability of 0.901. Multiple linear regression was used as the analysis method. The research result reveals that the variable of quality of work-life significantly affects the variable of organizational citizenship behaviour. Moreover, the variable of organizational commitment also significantly affects the variable of organizational citizenship behaviour. Meanwhile, the variable of quality of work-life and organizational commitment simultaneously have significant effects on the variable of organizational citizenship behaviour.

<p>This study aims to examine the effect of Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Petro China International Jabung Ltd with a sample of 120 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaire method which is measured using Likert scale and the hypotheses was tested by  using the PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results showed that the quality of work life has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the quality of work life is proven to have positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between the quality of work life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The implication of this research is that the increasing quality of work life will increase organizational commitment so that it can improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The company must continuously improve the quality of work life program to increase the employee performance with objective and systematic procedures.</p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>

In this paper, we discussed the relationship between Quality of Work Life and employee outcomes in China. We used organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to reflect employee outcomes. By employing several statistics techniques, such as factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, the data of questionnaires has been analyzed. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between QWL and all the indicators of employee outcomes (Organizational Commitment and OCB).

The aim of study was to determine and analyze the influence of the quality of work life to the commitment of lecturer organization at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. The data of this research were obtained from the questionnaire (primary) which was disseminated on the lecturers of Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon as many as 51 samples from the population of 257 people. Data analysis method used in this research using simple regression showed that influenced significantly and positively because Fhitung 25.819 bigger than value Ftabel 3.18 and value of Adjusted R Square equal to3.32 or 33.2% which indicate influence of quality of work life to organizational commitment. This shows that there are still 66.8% factors or other variables that affect the organization's commitment. Inadequate and fair reward indicators are the most influential factors on organizational commitment.

This study aims to reveal the influence of Quality of work life and trust in leaderson the organizational commitment; and to examine the influence of trust in leaders andorganizational co0mmitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This study wasconducted at the goverment-owned training centres throughout Lombok island.This is an associative causal relationship study involving 86 employees of thecentres as respondents of the study. For data analysis, the researcher employed PathAnalysis Research Design of SPSS Amos program.Result of the study show that the Quality of work life positively and significantlyinfluenced the organizational commitment. Also trust in leaders influenced theorganizational commitment. Quality of work life positively and significantly influenced theorganizational citizenship behavior. However, the trust in leaders negatively andinsignificantly influenced the organizational citizenship behavior. Finaly, it was found thatorganizational commitment positively but not significantly influenced the organizationalcitizenship behavior of the employees of the goverment-owned training centres throughoutLombok island.Keywords: organizational citizenship behavior, Quality of work life, trust in leaders,organizational commitment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh quality of work life dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada perawat tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 50 perawat tetap. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala quality of work life, dan skala organizational commitment. Skala organizational citizenship behavior memiliki reliabilitas 0,854, skala quality of work life memiliki reliabilitas 0,933 dan skala organizational commitment memiliki reliabilitas 0,901. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Variabel organizational commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan variabel quality of work life dan organizational commitment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
