This research aims to identify the difference of academic anxiety reviewed from age on semester 8 students of the Elementary Teacher Education Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The research hypothesis is that there is a difference in academic anxiety reviewed from age on semester 8 students of the Elementary Teacher Education Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The 70 research subjects from semester 8 students of Elementary Teacher Education in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto was taken through incidental sampling. The used scale is an academic anxiety scale. The data were analyzed using T-test with SPSS 22.00 for the Windows program. The result of the hypothesis test shows that the t-count is 3.226,t-table is 1.99547 with p=0.002 (p 0.05). This is strengthened by the average value of academic anxiety of students aged 21-22 years old of 116.89. Meanwhile, the average value of academic anxiety of students aged 23-24 years old of 102.25. The research result shows that there is a difference of academic anxiety reviewed from age on semester 8 students of Elementary Teacher Education Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-disclosure through social media with interpersonal communication in terms of gender in adolescents. This research is a quantitative research. The research population was 150 students with a sample of 108 students. The data collection technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used interpersonal communication scale (31 valid items, = 0.874 ) and self-disclosure through social media (23 valid items, = 0.911 ). The results of data analysis using Pearson's product moment and obtained a p significance value of 0.008 (p < 0.05). These results indicate that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between self-disclosure through social media and interpersonal communication in MTS Al-Hidayah Purwokerto students. And the Pearson correlation value of -0.254 which produces a negative correlation. And it can be concluded that there is a significant but negative relationship where the higher the self-disclosure through social media, the lower the interpersonal communication, and conversely the lower the self-disclosure made through social media, the higher the interpersonal communication. Based on the results of the independent samples test, the significance of 0.319 (sig < 0.05) indicates that there is no significant difference between self-disclosure in boys and girls. as well as interpersonal communication with a significance of 0.109 (sig < 0.05) indicates that there is no significant difference in interpersonal communication between men and women.

This research aims to identify the effects of quality of work-life and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behaviour of permanent nurses. The research method is quantitative with 50 research subjects consisting of permanent nurses. The data were collected using Likert scale, consisting of organizational citizenship behaviour scale, quality of work-life scale, and organizational commitment scale. The scale of organizational citizenship behaviour has the reliability of 0.854, the scale of quality of work-life has the reliability of 0.933, and the scale of organizational commitment has the reliability of 0.901. Multiple linear regression was used as the analysis method. The research result reveals that the variable of quality of work-life significantly affects the variable of organizational citizenship behaviour. Moreover, the variable of organizational commitment also significantly affects the variable of organizational citizenship behaviour. Meanwhile, the variable of quality of work-life and organizational commitment simultaneously have significant effects on the variable of organizational citizenship behaviour.

 This study was aimed to determine the effect of grit and learning motivation on academic procrastination on students of Mts N 1 Banyumas who were doing online learning. The respondents for this study were eighth-grade students from Mts N 1 Banyumas, consisted of 84 students. The results of data analysis using multiple linear regression revealed that grit obtained an effect on academic procrastination, with t obs= -15.306 and the probability value of sig. (p) = 0.000 (p0.05), indicating that the hypothesis was accepted and the regression equation y = 141,415+(-607x) indicating that there was a significant effect. The result of the regression equation was y =121,697 +(- 0,597). The regression analysis of the effect of grit and learning motivation on academic procrastination obtained f obs= 131.445 and probability sig (p) = 0.000 (p0.05), indicating that grit and learning motivation had an effect on academic procrastination among Mts N 1 Banyumas students. The research obtained an R square of 0.764, indicating that grit and learning motivation successfully contributed 76.4% to academic procrastination, whereas 23.6% was a contribution from other factors not examined.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan social loafing yang ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dan lama kerja pada karyawan UD. Jibay Melati di Tegal. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah perbedaan social loafing yang ditinjau dari jenis kelalmin dan lama keerja pada karyawan UD Jibay Melati. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Social Loafing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu skala social loafing sejumlah 36 aitem yang valid dengan rentang skor 0,761 sampai 0,807. Nilai reliabilitas pada skala social loafing diperoleh hasil α = 0,776. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 subjek. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji beda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai t = -0,633 dan p = 0,530 > 0,005 pada jenis kelamin dan t = -0.033 dan p = 0,974 pada lama kerja, dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan social loafing antara jenis kelamin antara laki-laki dan perempuan & lama kerja yang kurang dari 6 tahun dan lebih dari 6 tahun.

This study aimed to find happiness in adolescents with two fathers and two mothers. The focus of this research was happiness in them. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used in this study. The participants were the adolescents with two fathers and two mothers and two other informants namely family and close friends of participants. Data credibility used triangulation of sources by comparing data obtained from each source. Triangulation of techniques was conducted by comparing data generated from several different techniques with the same sources. The results discussed and linked the aspects of happiness with the research findings. The results showed that the participants accepted and enjoyed the past, had a positive activity environment, had ambitions in the future, had an effort to achieve goals, had hopes, and a positive point of view on the future.

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the correlation between social support and academic anxiety in students compiling their thesis during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period in Even Semester Academic Year 2019/2020. Probability sampling with simple random sampling was used as the sampling technique in this study. The research subjects were 100 students. This research is a quantitative study with a validity test of the product-moment correlation technique. Academic Anxiety scale test shows a moving validity from 0.233 to 0.534 with 43 valid items with a reliability of 0.886. On the Social Support scale, it has a moving validity from 0.211 to 0.554 with 45 valid items. Based on the results of the Product Moment correlation hypothesis test, it shows a correlation value of -0.600 with p of 0.000 (p0.01) on the scale of social support and academic anxiety scale. It can be concluded that the hypothesis stating there is acorrelation between social support and academic anxiety is accepted. Keywords: Academic Anxiety; Social Support, Final-year Student

ABSTRACTCyberbullying is a behavior that can disturb others, this behavior almost occurs in adolescents aged 14-17 years The purpose of this systematic review is to synthesize trends in cyberbullying behavior among adolescent systematic reviews. This review was conducted by reviewing 26 articles from the Research Gate database source, SINTA, Sematic Scholar, DOAJ, Academia, CiterSeerX Google Scholar, Dergi Park, Springer. The author uses PICOSS (Population, Intervention, Comparators, Outcome Variables, Study Design and Setting) tables that are used to determine the inclusion, exclusion, detailed, clear and relevant criteria related to key components of the systematic review question. The findings of this study are that most of the trends in cyberbullying behavior from each journal can be synthesized into several cyberbullying behavioral tendencies such as spreading lies, sending messages or threats, imitating or acting on behalf of someone.Keywords :  Behavior, Cyberbullying Tendencies, Teenagers ABSTRAKCyberbullying merupakan perilaku yang dapat menganggu orang lain, perilaku tersebut hampir terjadi pada remaja umur 14-17 tahun. Tujuan dari sistematik review ini adalah mensintesakan kecenderungan perilaku cyberbullying di kalangan remaja sistematik review ini dilakukan dengan cara mereview 26 artikel yang berasal dari sumber database Research Gate, SINTA, Sematic Scholar, DOAJ, Academia, CiterSeerX Google Scholar, Dergi Park, Springer. Penulis menggunakan tabel PICOSS (Population, Intervention, Comparators, Outcome Variables, Study Design and Setting) yang digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria inklusi, eksklusi yang terperinci, jelas dan relevan berhubungan dengan komponen kunci dari pertanyaan peninjauan sistematis. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar kecenderungan perilaku cyberbullying dari masing-masing jurnal dapat di sintesakan menjadi beberapa kecenderungan perilaku cyberbullying seperti menyebar kebohongan, mengirim pesan atau ancaman, meniru atau mengatasnamakan seseorang.Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Kecenderungan Cyberbullying, Remaja

Dimasa pandemi covid-19 hampir seluruh kegiatan dilakukan secara online yang memberi dampak dalam aspek pendidikan. Kegiatan tersebut membuat remaja banyak menghabiskan waktu terus menerus menggunakan  internet. Hal ini memberi dampak  negatif pada remaja yakni kecenderungann  kecanduan internet. Efikasi diri dapat berperan sebagai usaha atau upaya individu dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Efikasi Diri dengan Kecanduan Internet pada Remaja di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotionate stratified random sampling. Alat ukur yakni skala efikasi diri dan Internet Addiction Test. Subjek remaja berjumlah 154. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada Hubungan Antara Efikasi Diri dengan Kecenderungan Kecanduan Internet pada Remaja dengan menunjukkan hasil signifikan dan negatif. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis uji korelasi product moment diperoleh korelasi r = - 0,638 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01).

This study aims to examine the flow of emotional dynamics in adolescents who have mothers with authoritarian parenting. This is qualitative research. Participants consisted of 3 teenagers, 2 females and 1 male who had a mother with authoritarian parenting. Data were collected by providing authoritarian parenting screening which is then followed by a semistructured interview. The interviews were done using online communication media, such as Whatsapp. The data triangulation techniques were used as the credibility in this study. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the triggers of emotional dynamics were due to the authoritarian parenting of their mothers, such as the existence of restrictions, punishment and demands. The emotional dynamics experienced by the three participants were their unstable feeling, marked by feelings of anger, fear, boredom, and sadness when they disagreed with their mothers. The outlet of each participant is different. In the process of quelling emotions, each participant prefers to cover up the story or write and end up asleep. Each participant will calm down so that they are not deep far into negative emotions.
