Abstract The article describes a comparative analysis of the mobility of the workforce in the United and Poland. The collected data includes permanent relocation as well as temporary travel abroad. Data also includes the reasons being taken under consideration while relocating. The paper also discusses the phenomenon of innovative people cloistering together and creating innovative cities. The article also addresses the influences of mobility of the workforce on innovative and entrepreneurial behavior. A comparison has been made between the innovativeness in the most innovative cities in the United States and Poland. This comparison also includes the percentage of people with higher education in the most innovative cities in the United States and Poland. The percentage of the immigrant population in the most innovative cities in the United States in comparison to the national average has also been provided. Since there is no accurate data related to the number of immigrants in the most innovative cities in Poland, a comparison between the United States and Poland was not possible.

The field of higher education has seen great increases in the mobility of international students over the last decades. Due to this trend, not only has global educational programming become increasingly important, but also, the development of appropriate visa regulations and schemes to support international students has come into debate. The F-1 visa in the United States and the Aufenthaltstitel for students in Germany are two cases, which are similar in many ways but different in others. Due to Germany’s status as a member state of the European Union, directives created at Union level, also have a significant impact on Germany's legislation. To be able to understand the procedure and benefits and/or disadvantages attained by the students themselves in each scheme, it is important to analysis the many aspects of the visa schemes. It's not better or worse, it’s just different’ is a phrase which, in the case of visa regulations, holds true. Important for both schemes however, is their ability to further the ideals of globalization through allowing student academic mobility.

The authors of this scientific article conducted a comparative analysis of the trade policy of US presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump. The article states that the tightening of trade policy by the current President is counterproductive and has a serious impact not only on the economic development of the United States, but also on the entire world economy as a whole.

Education has been considered as an indispensable asset of every individual, community and nation today. Indias higher education system is the third largest in the world, after China and the United States (World Bank). Tamil Nadu occupies the first place in terms of possession of higher educational institutions in the private sector in the country with over 46 percent(27) universities, 94 percent(464) professional colleges and 65 percent(383) arts and science colleges(2011). Studies to understand the profile of the entrepreneurs providing higher education either in India or Tamil Nadu were hardly available. This paper attempts to map the demographic profile of the entrepreneurs providing higher education in Arts and Science colleges in Tamil Nadu through an empirical analysis, carried out among 25 entrepreneurs spread across the state. This paper presents a summary of major inferences of the analysis.
