Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of administration in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Educational administration is the whole process of directing, coordinating, supervising, reporting, planning and integrating everything that includes personnel, spiritual and material related to achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. The educational administration's goal is to have good teaching and learning conditions. Because by creating good and structured teaching and learning conditions, it can achieve the educational goals to be achieved by the school in the future. If there is no structured education administration in a school it will be difficult for the school to achieve the school's goals and objectives. Educational administration is an important determinant of success or failure of education. So, the word "administration" can be interpreted as an activity or effort to help, serve, direct, or regulate all activities in achieving a goal.
