Educational administration is one of the actions of coordinating human behavior in education, so that the available resources can be arranged as well as possible, so that educational goals can be achieved productively. Administration has a very important message in education, where one of its important roles is to implement the principles of healthy human relations by emphasizing respect for everyone at the educational institution concerned and trying to connect and bring together educational institutions with the community towards development, progress and stability. The research method used is a literature search where researchers collect reference sources from books, journals, internet and other scientific sources. Then concluded by using language that is easier to understand. Educational administration is everything related to teacher training aimed at expanding knowledge and abilities in the field and administration studies. The educational administration process includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The scope of education administration includes administration of school governance, personal administration of teachers and staff, administration of students, supervision of teaching, implementation and guidance of curriculum, establishment and planning of school buildings and school relations with the community.

Administration of education is all the process of mobilizing and integrating everything, spritual and material.
