The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the administration process of students in order to achieve the objectives of education, the technique used is the study of literature that is collecting some material from journals, books, and others.Administration of students (students) is the entire process of activities planned and planned deliberately and continuous guidance for all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to follow the teaching and learning process (PBM) effectively and efficiently, to achieve educational goals has been established.The purpose of the administration of students in education is generally to regulate all activities related to students so that the teaching and learning process runs effectively and efficiently so that the educational goals can be maximally achieved.In administrative students there is a process or activity carried out by the administrator, namely 1) the activities of the beginning of the school year which include planning, 2) during the school year, 3) the end of the school year.Instruments in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books, school discipline records, student achievement notebooks, and mutation books.

The collapse caused by the coronavirus pandemic has provoked improvised responses that range from nonsense to ingenious in colleges, schools and universities that struggle to continue teaching. This article aims to present an analysis of the challenges faced by educational institutions and stakeholders at this time of pandemic, in the struggle to seek educational goals appropriate to the circumstances of crisis, through online education that was not so highly valued. For the development of the research, books, articles and websites about remote education in response to the crisis, in times of coronavirus, were used as a source, thus composing the theoretical framework. Through reading and analyzing the works, the studies were later synthesized and interpreted. Online education, despite being an alternative for the continuity of the teaching and learning process, will continue to be important in connection with face-to-face teaching even after the pandemic. However, it generates another and new challenge that will consist in the evaluation and management of learning results.

Schools will be able to assist the learning process and educational infrastructure that supports the learning process. Management of facilities and infrastructure is very vital and very important facilities in supporting the smoothness or ease in the learning process, because with the management of facilities and infrastructure of educational institutions will be maintained and clearly useful. In managing the school, the school principal must be responsible for the facilities and infrastructure of the school principal who directly allows the facilities and infrastructure. And the school must also be able to consider and pay attention to the existing school facilities and infrastructure. So with the facilities and infrastructure in schools students can learn to the maximum and see the possible efficiency.
