The curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and learning materials and ways used as a guide in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. In the curriculum administration process there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. Of some educational administration, such as Curriculum Administration, Student Administration, Student Administration, and Personal Administration. The teacher's role in curriculum administration is to compile a curriculum as a guide to the process of learning and teaching activities in an agency in order to succeed and facilitate useful activities in the agency.

The curriculum is a set of systems that contain various components that are closely interrelated and support one another. The curriculum component consists of objectives, learning materials, methods, and evaluations. The curriculum is very important in the administration of education because the existence of the curriculum here serves as a tool for achieving educational goals through the learning process at school. This article will talk about administration of facilities and infrastructures, their process and the teachers’ role in making a contribution in this administration in order to make a successful teaching and learning process. The study about administration of facilities and infrastructures and how their process is very important to be explored about. The method used is the library research. Through this method, the researcher will explain more about the administration of facilities and infrastructures are and how their process, the definition, process, and what the teacher’s role is. The result found that the aims of administration of facilities and infrastructures are to support and help the teachers in teaching and learning process. Therefore, it is important to make sure all the facilities and infrastructures are well-organized and wisely used.

Pandemic Covid-19 brings impactful aspects for several sectors, especially in the education sector. The teaching and learning process has shifted to online learning. It quite challenges the teachers as well as the students to fully support the success of the online classes.Teachers are required to be more creative in delivering the learning materials that will be given to their students. Meanwhile, students are encouraged to be autonomous learners. This paper aims to investigate the students’ perceptions toward the implementation of the ZOOM application to support the online learning process and explore how this application gives a new shape in the educational industry. The qualitative approach was chosen for this study. The data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews. Based on the findings, there are some perceptions about the implementation of ZOOM to support online learning. The result showed that most students thought implementation of e-learning should be improved continuously. Surprisingly, it gave significant changes toward the learning and teaching process, especially during covid-19 itself.

This study discusses the role of the teacher in increasing student motivation in learning Indonesian. The teacher is a very important figure in the teaching and learning process as a mediator, facilitator, and leader in the class. Teachers and students must be able to communicate well as the principle of communication between teacher and students so that learning goes well. The focus of this research is how the teacher's role in increasing student motivation towards learning Indonesian in Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga Elementary School. This study uses a questionnaire or questionnaire technique with a population of 53 teachers and 30 subjects or half of the subjects.
