Agricultural extension is less clear, so it needs to be addressed, by developing professionalism of extension workers in improving the quality of agricultural extension. How is the implementation of strategic management in improving the quality of agricultural extension. The research objectives were to identify and analyze: 1. SWOT internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and external environment (opportunities and challenges / threats); 2. Strategic formulation; 3. Strategic implementation; 4. Management of supervision and evaluation of agricultural extension professionalism; 5. Strategic steps to overcome problems and weaknesses. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Research location: BP3K Sukalarang and Sukabumi Subdistricts, West Java. The underlying theory is educational management, strategic management, human resource management, agricultural management and extension, quality theory and culture. The research findings are: 1. Not all BP3K heads have analyzed and combined their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into the conclusion of strategic assumptions in the preparation of strategic plans; 2. Strategic formulation has not been based on strategic assumptions by maximizing strengths and minimizing weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges. Vision, mission, strategic objectives and policies for professional development of extension workers are integrated in RENSTRA BP4K; 3. Strategic implementation includes programs, budgets and implementation procedures contained in the BP3K Annual Work Plan Program with a nominal BP3K Budget Work Plan, the agricultural extension professionalism development program has not been specifically regulated; 4. Supervision and evaluation of the professionalism of agricultural extension workers have not collaborated between the Head of BP3K and the district agricultural extension coordinator. The head of BP3K has not reported the results of the detailed and periodic professionalism assessment of agricultural extension agents to the district agricultural extension coordinator; 5. Strategies to overcome problems in an anticipatory manner through fostering motivation to all agricultural extension workers. Research recommendations: it is recommended that BP3K heads maximize strengths, minimize weaknesses, take advantage of opportunities to overcome challenges. Strategic assumptions are the basis for formulating vision, mission, goals, strategies and policies so that the professionalism of agricultural extension workers can develop to improve the quality of agricultural extension.

Supervision and evaluation of Islamic Religious Education teachers are still experiencing obstacles so that supervision is less effective. One of them is caused by the low level of cooperativeness of teachers in the supervision process due to teachers feeling more senior and less communicative. So it needs the right approach so that the monitoring process runs effectively. This study aims to analyze the humanistic approach in the supervision and evaluation of PAI teachers at SMP Pangandaran Regency. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach. For data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using miles and hubarman model. As well as the validity test using the credibility test with the triangulation method. The results showed that the supervision and evaluation by supervisors of PAI teachers in Pangandaran district junior high schools was carried out by: 1) Observing performance through academic supervision 2) Intensive guidance 3) Personal and group coaching 4) Development, direction to improve performance and career development 5 ) The assessment is submitted in the form of an academic supervision report. Supervision with a humanistic approach is carried out by adhering to three principles: 1) Opportunity, providing opportunities for improvement, 2) self evaluation, identifying deficiencies and exploring self-potential so as to improve teacher performance. 3) Upgrading, directing and facilitating teachers to improve competence and understand the development of information and technology.

This research is motivated by efforts to improve the quality of graduates of the Biology Education Departement in the management and implementation of practicum in schools. The purpose of this research is to describe the ability of PBL alumni teachers in managing and implementing practicum. The method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative which provides a careful description of the alumni's ability to manage and carry out practicum. The steps of data collection were questionnaires, observations and documentation studies. The technique used to analyze the data is a descriptive technique with percentages. The results of the study on the ability of the alumni of the Biology Education Study Program in managing practicum showed the following: (1) The planning of the laboratory work program (53.33%) was declared good; (2) Laboratory organization was stated to be very good (33.33%) (3) The implementation of the laboratory work program (46.66%) was stated to be very good; and (4) the supervision and evaluation of the laboratory work program (26.66%) was stated to be very good. While the ability of alumni teachers in carrying out practicum is in the good category (75.3%). Teachers play an important role in the management and implementation of effective practicum

Archives has a role as a center of memory, resources and as a necessary means of supervision  in every organization in order to carry out all its activities both in the offices of state and private institutions.The purpose of this research is to find out the management of archives reviewed from management factors in the District Office Pattallassang Gowa Regency.The research method used is qualitative by survey method, namely research that intends to obtain facts from the phenomena in order to understand and solve problems related to factors that affect the effectiveness of archive management in the District Office Pattallassang Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques used are observations, documentations and interviews. Conclusion in this research is a management factor, it is expected to do the purging of archives above 5 years with clear recording and supervision and evaluation of activities after the activity in order to know the advantages and disadvantages of the activity so that the next activities can be maximized better.

This article discusses adding knowledge about curriculum administration, which discusses the notion of curriculum administration, curriculum administration processes and also the role of teachers in curriculum administration, This article was prepared using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting good materials sourced from from books, journals, and other sources related to curriculum administration, so that conclusions about curriculum administration are also the entire process of activities that are completed and attempted intentionally and conscientiously as well as ongoing coaching towards effective and efficient teaching and learning learning to help achieve predetermined educational goals. The aims of this research are to know what is the strategy of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo, to know the effort of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo, and to know the supporting factors and hindering factors of headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo. This research is qualitative research which used pedagogic, management, and psychology approaches. The instruments used are interview guide, observation, and documentation. The data analyzed by reduction, data display and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the strategy of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo are planning, organizing, implementation, supervision and evaluation toward the program. The headmaster efforts in fostering the religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo such as take dhuhur and dhuha prayers together, reading al-Qur’an literacy program,  pray together before the learning process, celebrating Islamic days, implementaing 3S (sipakalebbi, sipakainge, sipakatau), and practicing asmaul huzna zikir. The supporting factor in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo are the high trust of the students’ parents to the headmaster, the good cooperation between the headmaster and the teachers in supporing the programs at school. The hidering factor is the lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Administration is a system that helps, serves, directs or manages all activities in achieving a goal. besides that, educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service. And The curriculum is a set of plans arranged regarding the content, materials and methods used in the teaching and learning process. The curriculum must also be relevant, according to the times and the needs of students at that time. In planning, the curriculum must be implemented so that objectives can be achieved and the need for supervision and evaluation of the curriculum in order to create a learning atmosphere that is systematic, fun and not boring. Therefore, it can be seen that the existence of a curriculum is very important in an education. In addition, the teacher also has a role in curriculum administration, because the teacher is in charge as the technical implementer in implementing the curriculum.
