This article will talk about administration of facilities and infrastructures, their process and the teachers’ role in making a contribution in this administration in order to make a successful teaching and learning process. The study about administration of facilities and infrastructures and how their process is very important to be explored about. The method used is the library research. Through this method, the researcher will explain more about the administration of facilities and infrastructures are and how their process, the definition, process, and what the teacher’s role is. The result found that the aims of administration of facilities and infrastructures are to support and help the teachers in teaching and learning process. Therefore, it is important to make sure all the facilities and infrastructures are well-organized and wisely used.

Morality is a trait firmly embedded in the soul which is seen in outward actions that are done easily without the need for more thought, and that have become a habit. Morality is prioritized in daily life, especially in teaching and learning processes, wherein students must have morals to the teacher, to knowledge, and to their peers. This study aims to elicit information about: how the teacher’s role in applying the morality of learning resting on Sheikh Az-Zarnuji’s perspective in his book Ta'lim Muta’allim. This is a library research. The results of study and analysis of Sheikh Az-Zarnuji’s book, Ta'lim Muta'allim, draw a conclusion that the teacher’s role is twofold: Sufistic and pragmatic roles. In the meantime, the morality of learning in Ta'lim Muta’allim book comprises five parts, namely: good intentions; choosing the teachers’ knowledge and study partner; respecting teachers’ knowledge; being sincere in learning perseverance and ideals; and the attitude of wara’ in learning.

This study discusses the role of the teacher in increasing student motivation in learning Indonesian. The teacher is a very important figure in the teaching and learning process as a mediator, facilitator, and leader in the class. Teachers and students must be able to communicate well as the principle of communication between teacher and students so that learning goes well. The focus of this research is how the teacher's role in increasing student motivation towards learning Indonesian in Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga Elementary School. This study uses a questionnaire or questionnaire technique with a population of 53 teachers and 30 subjects or half of the subjects.

Abstract: In this paper we examine the relationships established in the teaching and learning process. The main goals are to analyse the teacher’s role and the requirements that he or she should meet (teacher training, methodological knowledge, etc.), and also to study the student’s role and the problems related to this one caused by the current education system: overcrowding and absenteeism. These problems will disappear, in all likelihood, in the near future with the European guidelines on our education system.Resumen: En este trabajo se examinan las relaciones que se establecen en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Los objetivos que se persiguen son analizar el papel que desempeña el profesor y los requisitos que debe cumplir (práctica docente, conocimiento metodológico, etc.). También el papel que desempeña el estudiante y los problemas que se relacionan con él causados por el sistema actual de educación: masificación y absentismo. Problemas que probablemente desaparecerán con la Convergencia Europea.

AbstrakDalam pengelolaan pembelajaran, guru memegang peran yang sangat penting. Guru merupakan pelaksana proses belajar-mengajar sehingga keberhasilan pengajarannya sangat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan pada umumnya. The study discusses the use of traditional games is English teaching which is considered important to promote learners-centered learning. Traditional games offer familiarities, fun, and create natural English environment which is not offered in students’ real environment in Indonesia, considered English as a foreign language. Therefore, the researcher is interested in carrying out the stages used in the teaching and learning process dealing with the stated topics. The observation and interview are conducted in Elite English Course Banjarmasin which uses games as the method in their classroom. The result of this study is under the discussion of what traditional games are used in 5 meetings, how the teaching stages are conducted, time allotment, teacher’s role, and how it promotes active students’ interaction.

This study aims to explain the application of hypnoteaching method in spiritual values learning. This type of research is library research. This research is qualitative research. The primary source used in this study is the thought of Muhammad Noer in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. This research concludes that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines teaching and learning with hypnosis. This method can be used as one of the methods in the process of learning spiritual values. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan aplikasi android menggunakan iSpring sebagai alternatif desain dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau Kajian Kepustakaan. Ispring Presenter merupakan salah satu tool yang mengubah file presentasi yang kompatibel dengan Power Point untuk menjadikan bentuk Flash. Pembelajaran e-learning mengguakan iSpring membantu peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cerdas. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan iSpring, akan membantu peserta didik belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar setiap peserta didik serta mendapatkan kebebasan saat belajar tampa keterbatasan waktu dan lokasi. Proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik, sehingga dapat memotivasi dan materi yang disampaikan dalam desain aplikasi iSpring lebih dapat dipahami. This research method uses the Library Research method or literature review. Ispring Presenter is a tool that converts PowerPoint compatible presentation files to Flash format. E-learning learning using iSpring helps students to use technology smartly. The learning process using iSpring, will help students learn in accordance with the learning style of each student and get freedom when learning without the limitations of time and location. The teaching and learning process is more interesting, so that it can motivate and the material presented in the iSpring application design is more understandable. In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to carry out their role to the fullest as a motivator and initiator in an effort to maintain and at the same time increase the enthusiasm of students to learn. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires educational institutions to carry out online learning. This study aims to discuss the teacher's role as a motivator and the teacher's role as an initiator in improving the quality of student learning in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Condro Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate: 1) The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: providing opportunities for students to play an active role in learning, providing reinforcement, praise or verbal appreciation, teachers listening to students' concerns and wishes to bond. good relationship between teachers and students. 2) The role of the teacher as an initiator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: utilizing information and communication technology such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet and Google Form. Keywords: Teacher Role; Quality of Learning; Online Learning Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut untuk mampu melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal menjadi motivator dan inisiator dalam upaya menjaga dan sekaligus meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dan peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatan kualitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Condro Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, pujian atau apresiasi secara verbal, guru mendengarkan keresahan dan keinginan peserta didik agar terjalin ikatan yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. 2) Peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet dan Google Form.
