Abstract Dillidur 400V is a wear-resistant steel with surface hardness at room temperature of 370–430 HB. The steel is easy to weld, bend, and machine. Because of its high wear resistance and good welding performance, 400V is used in the production of agricultural machinery and industrial truck systems; it also finds use in crushing plants and waste disposal plants.
