Application of robotic devices in subject domains, where monotonous routines have to be performed promptly and accurately, is a relevant problem, particularly in complicated epidemiological situations. In this paper the design of robot waiters is analyzed and a design is proposed for stabilization of payload during delivering. Common applied problems in the robotic service domain are associated with the need to use such robots on mostly even, flat surfaces or with the arrangement of special structures that simplify the movement of a robotic device along a given route. The proposed solution potentially provides for cheaper, simpler and more optimized application of the robotic device indoors, inside the restraunt due to the developed buffer mechanism and the system of gyroscopic stabilization of the trays, as well as the implemented control system based on the PID controller and the PWM generator, which ensures the smooth movement of the robot (from the starting point to the destination point). Based on the proposed solution, we get a fully functional robotic device that does not require additional investments in the reconstruction of the restaurant premises, completely replaces the waiter when delivering food and drinks to the client's table, and also attracts new customers due to its novelty and practicality.

In this study, to effectively control small unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) for marine research, characteristics of ocean current were learned using the long short-term memory (LSTM) model algorithm of a recurrent neural network (RNN), and ocean currents were predicted. Using the results, a study on the control of USVs was conducted. A control system model of a small USV equipped with two rear thrusters and a front thruster arranged horizontally was designed. The system was also designed to determine the output of the controller by predicting the speed of the following currents and utilizing this data as a system disturbance by learning data from ocean currents using the LSTM algorithm of a RNN. To measure ocean currents on the sea when a small USV moves, the speed and direction of the ship’s movement were measured using speed, azimuth, and location (latitude and longitude) data from GPS. In addition, the movement speed of the fluid with flow velocity is measured using the installed flow velocity measurement sensor. Additionally, a control system was designed to control the movement of the USV using an artificial neural network-PID (ANN-PID) controller [12]. The ANN-PID controller can manage disturbances by adjusting the control gain. Based on these studies, the control results were analyzed, and the control algorithm was verified through a simulation of the applied control system [8, 9].

The test rig for hydro-pneumatic converter used in straddle type monorail vehicles was researched, and its electro-pneumatic proportional control system was set up and simulated based on AMESim/Simulink. Compared fuzzy-PID (Proportion Integral Derivative) controller with PID controller through fuzzy logic tool box in Simulink, the results indicate that, this electro-pneumatic proportional control system can meet design requirements better, and fuzzy-PID controller has higher accuracy and stability than PID controller.

In the tyred machinery chassis dynamometer control system, a fuzzy PID controller was used to adjust the exciting current of a DC dynamometer in order to change the resistance load torque, so the requirement of roller load for simulating the run resistance from the road surface was satisfied. A fuzzy PID arithmetic was designed to control the resistance loads, the system performance was improved by simulation. The software of the detection line measure-control system was designed in VB, the technical parameters of the machinery chassis could the automatically detected.
