In the paper, a comparative case study covering different control strategies of unstable and nonlinear magnetic levitation process is investigated. Three control procedures are examined in order to fulfill the specified performance indices. Thus, a dedicated PD regulator along with the hybrid fuzzy logic PID one as well as feed-forward neural network regulator are respected and summarized according to generally understood tuning techniques. It should be emphasized that the second PID controller is strictly derived from both arbitrary chosen membership functions and those ones selected through the genetic algorithm mechanism. Simulation examples have successfully confirmed the correctness of obtained results, especially in terms of entire control process quality of the magnetic levitation system. It has been observed that the artificial-intelligence-originated approaches have outperformed the classical one in the context of control accuracy and control speed properties in contrary to the energy-saving behavior whereby the conventional method has become a leader. The feature-related compromise, which has never been seen before, along with other crucial peculiarities, is effectively discussed within this paper.

Abstract Abstract: For the casted CrCoNi medium entropy alloy melted by magnetic levitation, the deformation was carried out in 4 passes under the condition of liquid nitrogen temperature (-196°C), the total reduction was 50%,The microstructure and properties were analyzed after liquid nitrogen low temperature rolled. The experimental data showed that the phase structure of the alloy was not changed under the low-temperature rolling. The grains, crushed and refined, were elongated along the rolling direction. With the increasing of passes and reduction, the tensile strength increased from 585 MPa to 1359 MPa, while the elongation decreased from 37.8% to 5.9%. work With the increasing of work hardening, the tensile strength of the CrCoNi medium entropy alloy gradually increased, while the plasticity dramatic decreased. At the same time, the corrosion resistance of the CrCoNi medium entropy alloy was improved by low temperature cold rolled. The corrosion resistance of as-cast and rolled CrCoNi was much better than 304 stainless steel.

Background: The transport interchange hub meets its fundamental function - the concentration and organization of traffic flows of various types of transport, including individual and passenger transfers, and is of a utilitarian nature. One of the possible solutions is to place not just transfer complexes, but multi-storey structures of this kind. Where the first floor is a distribution pedestrian level, the main task of which is to ensure the transfer of passengers in a comfortable environment. On the next level there are objects of passing passenger service, the three upper floors are "intercepting" parking. With the urban area adjacent to the node, communications are provided through underground pedestrian crossings. Aim: The commissioning of maglev transport lines in places of concentration of growing passenger traffic, which will help to reduce travel time, meet freight needs, improve the quality and increase travel safety when driving on dedicated lanes. At the same time, it is necessary to integrate maglev transport into the transport system of cities. Method: The article defines the goals and objectives of the placement of transport interchange complexes. The article presents a methodology for assessing the location of transport hubs, which consists of three stages. Results: At the first stage, in accordance with the proposed methodology, it is necessary to carry out an integrated assessment of the territories under consideration in order to determine the prospects for their development. At the second stage, it is necessary to analyze the existing transport infrastructure in the region, providing passenger traffic in order to identify areas with the greatest transport accessibility, both in the current period and in the future. At the third stage, on the basis of logistic criteria, the analysis of the transport network in the areas with the highest passenger flows is carried out.

The thrust position of the magnetic levitation rotor can be changed, bringing convenience to the practical application of cold compressors. This paper derives the mathematical model of asymmetric thrust magnetic bearings for a cold compressor and analyzes the changes in the system characteristics with the equilibrium position. By constructing PID controllers associated with the structural parameters of the magnetic bearing, the adaptive adjustment of the control parameters under different balanced position commands is realized. The simulation and experimental results prove that the gain-scheduled control method proposed in this paper can achieve a robust stability of the rotor in the range of 50 to 350 μm, and not at the cost of the response speed, adjustment time, and overshoot. The research results have reference significance for the structure design of asymmetric thrust magnetic bearings and play an important role in the commissioning and performance improvement of cold compressors.
