With the popularization of informatization, most companies have their own information management systems. However, faced with massive amounts of data, most companies cannot integrate and utilize its potential value. When traditional companies make sales forecasts, they usually purchase data completion, connect multiple data source channels, and then judge the future sales situation perceptually. This lack of data accumulation and analysis, and it is impossible to display the intrinsic value of the massive data in the system. Some companies will also build professional data analysis teams or seek help from third-party companies. But this will cause high expenses and greatly reduce sales expenses. This study combines artificial intelligence technology with ERP sales management system. We apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing to the design and construction of intelligent ERP sales management system. It solves the core problems of enterprise product sales through the deep learning function of the sales system. It may predict enterprise sales and rationally allocate enterprise resources, increase product sales effectively, and help enterprises build effective modern management systems.

The importance of the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is objective to the importance of ideological and political theory courses. At present, the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has big problems in both macro and micro aspects. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology to build an intelligent management system for ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on artificial intelligence, and conducts classroom supervision through intelligent recognition of student status. The KNN outlier detection algorithm based on KD-Tree is proposed to extract the state information of class students. Through data simulation, it can be known that the KD-KNN outlier detection algorithm proposed in this paper significantly improves the efficiency of the algorithm while ensuring the accuracy of the KNN algorithm classification. Through experimental research, it can be seen that the construction of this system not only clarifies the direction of management from a macro perspective, but also reveals specific methods of management from a micro perspective, and to a certain extent effectively solves the problems in the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.

Background The use of electronic charge vouchers in anesthesia practice is limited, and the effects on practice management are unreported. The authors hypothesized that the new billing technology would improve the effectiveness of the billing interface and enhance financial practice management measures. Methods A custom application was created to extract billing elements from the anesthesia information management system. The application incorporates business rules to determine whether individual cases have all required elements for a complete and compliant bill. The metrics of charge lag and days in accounts receivable were assessed before and after the implementation of the electronic charge voucher system. Results The average charge lag decreased by 7.3 days after full implementation. The total days in accounts receivable, controlling for fee schedule changes and credit balances, decreased by 10.1 days after implementation, representing a one-time revenue gain equivalent to 3.0% of total annual receipts. There are additional ongoing cost savings related to reduction of personnel and expenses related to paper charge voucher handling. Conclusions Anesthesia information management systems yield financial and operational benefits by speeding up the revenue cycle and by reducing direct costs and compliance risks related to the billing and collection processes. The observed reductions in charge lag and days in accounts receivable may be of benefit in calculating the return on investment that is attributable to the adoption of anesthesia information management systems and electronic charge transmission.

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, it has been widely used in various fields. IoT device as an information collection unit can be built into an information management system with an information processing and storage unit composed of multiple servers. However, a large amount of sensitive data contained in IoT devices is transmitted in the system under the actual wireless network environment will cause a series of security issues and will become inefficient in the scenario where a large number of devices are concurrently accessed. If each device is individually authenticated, the authentication overhead is huge, and the network burden is excessive. Aiming at these problems, we propose a protocol that is efficient authentication for Internet of Things devices in information management systems. In the proposed scheme, aggregated certificateless signcryption is used to complete mutual authentication and encrypted transmission of data, and a cloud server is introduced to ensure service continuity and stability. This scheme is suitable for scenarios where large-scale IoT terminal devices are simultaneously connected to the information management system. It not only reduces the authentication overhead but also ensures the user privacy and data integrity. Through the experimental results and security analysis, it is indicated that the proposed scheme is suitable for information management systems.

The article substantiates the need to scale the framework of a systematic approach to product sales management through the formation of an integrated chain "producer – consumer". An economic and mathematical model has been developed, which includes parameters for product sales based on the use of modern software solutions in conditions of both prepayment and deferred payment. The author's method of product sales planning has been developed.

The calibration wells laboratory is an important experimental system of petroleum logging instrument. There is a large of calibration wells information need manage, so it is very difficult to manage the calibration wells information. In this paper, computer information management system is applied to the calibration wells information management. It is necessary to manage the large of the calibration wells information. Because the calibration wells have the similar shape, it is difficult to detect the calibration wells in the laboratory. Therefore, the mobile phone platform and QR two-dimensional bar code technology are introduced to strengthen the management of calibration wells information. These will greatly improve the efficiency of management. The QR bar code and the zBar technology are used in the information system. The design of calibration wells group information management system is implemented based on QR code. The mobile platform is used to collect and display information. The experiments show the good performance of the information management systems.

This study provides evidence of the value of third party certification of environmental management systems. We examine the relative importance of improving an environmental management system as a result of certification, versus being able to communicate the quality of that system credibly to outsiders through third party certification. We use survey data where one half of the respondents had indicated that they had an environmental management (EMS) in place before seeking ISO 14001 certification, while the other half of respondents did not. Our analyses comparing the two groups find that the group already having an EMS report similar motivations for ISO 14001 certification and perceive to have received similar levels of benefits as firms having no pre-certification EMS. We conclude that even for organizations that already have an EMS, the ability to communicate credibly the quality of that system is a compelling reason to obtain ISO certification.

Flight management system (FMS) is one of the key elements of the modern airplane. It is a computer-based system that helps a pilot with different routine operations. FMS includes numerous algorithms of Artificial Intelligence to support navigation, guidance, and control of aircraft. FMS hosts algorithms of airplane positioning by data from navigational aids and data fusion from multiple sensors. The internal memory of FMS includes global air navigation databases such as runways, airports data, air navigation charts, navigational aids, SIDs, STARs, approaches, and routes for automatic support of airplane operation.
