Background Odontogenic inflammatory maxillary cysts constitute pathology for which clinical, radiological and evolutionary aspects are considerably polymorphic. For small cystic lesions non-surgical endodontic treatment is used. Larger lesions, however, have a natural tendency to grow and weaken the bone (as well as an inflammatory risk) may be treated by surgery. Case presentation We present a case report of surgical resection of a large maxillary cyst on a patient who previously had multiple dental extractions until complete edentation. Conclusion Great cystic maxillary lesions are relatively rare. A definitive diagnosis cannot be determined based on the history, clinical and radiographic evaluation. A correct pre-operative diagnosis is very difficult and can only be possible after histological examination. Keywords: Dental-radicular cyst, Radiolucency, Maxilla, Enucleation

Abstract Background: In December 2019, an outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) occurred in Wuhan, Hubei province, China. We surveyed 91 patients who were diagnosis as coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Xiangyang, Hubei province. And we found the incident of acute kidney injury (AKI) was 3.29% (3/91), which was higher than in the whole country but similar in Hubei province.Case presentation: We describe a case of 58-year-old man who was diagnosis as AKI stage 3 and non-oliguria AKI in the SARS-CoV-2 infection. After antiviral and other supporting treatment, his kidney function improved and he was transferred to normal ward. Conclusions: This case illustrated that careful management and strict monitoring of kidney function should be employed in COVID-19 patients especially in high incidence area of COVID-19.

AbstractMesentric fibromatosis is a proliferative fibroblastic neoplasm of the small intestinal mesentery with varied clinical presentation. Giant mesentric fibromatosis is uncommon and its rarity poses a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. This paper presents a recurrent aggressive fibromatosis in a 38 year old male patient, who had initially undergone a laparotomy outside for mass abdomen but only pus was evacuated and definitive diagnosis was not made.
