The most important decision-making in schools is class decision making. The old way with the manual system can lead to slow decision-making. This is of course caused by a very basic problem, namely the decision-making is not appropriate. Therefore a decision support system is needed that can help the teacher to determine the class increase. The design of decision support system in this study aims to apply the application to determine the increase of class, To overcome the problem, required a decision support system of computerized class increase which later can produce quality decisions that can process data and student values ​​effectively and efficiently and can measure the ability of students both academically and non academic so that activities that have been done manually can be done using the computer and mistakes in decision-making class increase can be avoided as well as time in determining decision-making class increase much faster and effective. Decision support system is designed using visual basic programming languages ​​2010 and SQL Server 2008. The process in this study using Topsis method.

a b s t r a c t Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. While the research design uses experimental because it produces a product that is a decision support system. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation. Supporting applications that will be created with the author using web-based programming languages such as; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON and MySQL databases with Windows operating systems. On running analysis and system design that will be created the author is described by Microsoft Visio 2016. The method used to evaluate the system is the black box method where the black box testing focuses on system functions. a b s t r a k Institusi pendidikan seperti AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia kerap kali membutuhkan suatu bentuk keputusan dalam menentukan penilaian akademik pada unsur tridharma; pendidikan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian dan unsur penunjang yang sesuai untuk akademik sehingga tercapai mutu pendidikan yang baik sesuai dengan penilaian tersebut. Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga memilih mutu akademik yang berdampak pada fokus akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi. Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) serta metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian akademik dengan sistem Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat, dalam penilaian akademik unsur tridharma perguruan tinggi AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu Perguruan Tinggi. Secara garis besar penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi langsung ke AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Sedangkan desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimental karena menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah metode FMADM menggunakan perhitungan metode SAW. Pendukung aplikasi yang akan dibuat dengan penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web seperti; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON dan database MySQL dengan system operasi Windows. Pada Analisa berjalan dan perancangan sistem yang akan dibuat penulis digambarkan dengan Microsoft Visio 2016. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem adalah metode blackbox dimana pengujian blackbox ini menitikberatkan pada fungsi sistem.

The current technologies are predominantly attract the water resource management(WRM); if this water can not adequately utilizing for human activities, then several future problems are happening. Therefore super hydro controlling technology and it’s management systems are necessary. In this investigation, various water resource management methodologies, it’s merits and demerits are reviewed. The 2R-decision support system(DESS) implementation can change the conventional water management mechanisms, DESS addresses the engineering and non-engineering issues related to WRM system. The global WRM system designs and utilizations are facing many questionaries from experts. In India, there are many WRMs, but these are work for the nation, due to this limitation nations are facing many contemporary issues. Several methods have overcome these limitations but 2R-DESS answering the complete and accurate solutions to WRM. The advanced WRM system and its functionalities are verified on one example with the river basin agencies through DESS adequately. In this research work, for WRM calculating the various measures such as catchment area improvement, supply flow, upper flow, lower flow and acknowledgement of various effecting factors. The designed 2R DESS challenging the present WRM methodologies and results outperforms present technologies.

Staf of sales are the main supporters of a company engaged in distribution. One way company leaders to motivate sales salespeople who have the high ability and morale to do their jobs in the form of annual bonuses to sales staff that are in accordance with the work performance produced. Bonuses can be a driver for companies to show better performance. CV Anugerah Jaya Sentosa Lampung still looks inaccurate because it was not used criteria that should be determinant of decision making. For this reason, researchers agree on a support system that is able to be able to solve the agreed problem. The design of this decision support system was made using the PHP and Java Netbeans programming languages, and the method used was the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS will help the calculation in decision making of alternatives based on distance to positive solutions and distance to negative solutions by taking relative proximity to ideal  solution. Using the TOPSIS method can provide companies in determining who are the recipients of annual prizes to sales staff. Keywords: Decision Support System, TOPSIS, Rewards
