Staf of sales are the main supporters of a company engaged in distribution. One way company leaders to motivate sales salespeople who have the high ability and morale to do their jobs in the form of annual bonuses to sales staff that are in accordance with the work performance produced. Bonuses can be a driver for companies to show better performance. CV Anugerah Jaya Sentosa Lampung still looks inaccurate because it was not used criteria that should be determinant of decision making. For this reason, researchers agree on a support system that is able to be able to solve the agreed problem. The design of this decision support system was made using the PHP and Java Netbeans programming languages, and the method used was the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS will help the calculation in decision making of alternatives based on distance to positive solutions and distance to negative solutions by taking relative proximity to ideal  solution. The choice of business location will affect the risks and benefits of the company as a whole. This condition occurs because the location greatly affects the fixed costs and variable costs, both in the medium term and long term. The location of the business should be taken into account at the time of planning, so that the business to be run can be organized implementation in the future. Online Bicycle Indonesia is a startup engaged in goods and food delivery services by using online-based bike, will open branches in several cities and districts in Tangerang Raya area so that the result of choosing the right branch location, required a dynamic decision support system that can later be used as consideration of managers in the process of selecting branch locations. Problems in selecting branch of this company can be used Decision Support System using AHP-TOPSIS method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has advantages based on pair comparison matrix and perform consistency analysis, while Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can solve practical decision making, because the concept is simple and easy to understand, and have the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. The results of the study show Kota Tangerang Selatan is superior to the weight of 0.824, the two Kota Tangerang with a weight of 0.732 and three Kabupaten Tangerang with a weight of 0.0, The decision taken can be accounted for by the calculation of AHP-TOPSIS as a model in the decision support system

Along with the rapid development of technology, many types of laptops and smartphones have sprung up. The many types on the market can make consumers confused in choosing products. The decision support system for choosing this personal device uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative for all attributes. In the results of manual and system calculations, the SAW and TOPSIS methods produce the same ranking. In the SAW method, the highest-ranking of laptops is obtained by Acer Swift 3 (SF314-56G) with a value of 0.977 and on smartphones, the highest score is obtained by the Samsung Galaxy M51 with a value of 1. In the TOPSIS method, the highest-ranking is obtained by a laptop with a value of 0.9507 and a smartphone with a value of 1.Keywords:Notebook; SAW; Decision Support System; Smartphone; TOPSIS.

PT. Mahadana Wikasita is a company engaged in the sale of machine goods and pos cashier tools. In order to face business competition there are some problems that often arise regarding the sale of goods. PT. Mahadana Wikasita is lacking in monitoring the goods sold, what items consumers need and the storage of data is less effective, so the company can not determine exactly which goods to buy. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help solve this problem. In this research, the decision support system used is by Techinique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which consists of seven stages using several criteria such as price, type, quality and customer interest. In the test results calculated using the Method For Order Preference bySimiliarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) it can be concluded that the highest value is kios Pakmo mobile cashier application package with a value of 0.920, can be interpreted as the best selling item for one year.

Reward is a form of appreciation received by an individual for the achievement of a work performance that aims to motivate the individual to have high productivity. In managerial terms, giving a warning is a good and reasonable thing to do by the leader to his subordinates. Likewise with the Private Vocational School 1 HKBP Pematangsiantar. This research was conducted to provide solutions to problems that occur through the design of a decision support system software for giving the best teacher reward with the Technique for Order Preferences by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method with assessment components including (1) discipline, (2) involvement, (3 ) attendance, (4) leadership, (5) training and (6) social. The Decision Support System for providing teacher rewards is able to accommodate subjective problems, lack of transparency, and doubts about its accuracy and the output is very credible. Thus the decision-making process for giving the best teacher reward is efficient, effective and objective and can be used as a recommendation for school principals in determining which teachers deserve rewards. From the 10 data samples used, the results of the analysis using the Decision Support System show that the highest recommendation value is 0.7149 on behalf of A8, while the lowest recommendation value is 0.2851 on behalf of A10. This research was conducted to solve the problem of decision making to determine the feasibility of giving loans to CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The applicant's assessment includes an administrative assessment and the survey is still being conducted without using a computer-based decision support system. To simplify the decision making to determine the feasibility of giving the loan, a decision support system was designed using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of: Income, Dependent, Loan Size, Guarantee Value and Number of Installments. The results of the calculation of the case of this study that are eligible for a loan in order are NA2 with a value of 0.6390, NA1 with a value of 0.5737, the third is NA3 with a value of 0.5053, and the last is NA4 with a value of 0.3102. The results of this study can be concluded that the Topsis method can answer or resolve problems faced by CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar in determining creditworthiness.

Decision support system is the composition of a computer-based information system that functions as a supporter of decision making in an organization or company. Decision making in determining the provision of financing is very important because with the right decision the provision of financing can run well. Decision making method is useful for determining the best alternative from a number of other alternatives based on certain criteria, including the simple additive weighting method, Weighted Product and Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. A comparison of the methods of this decision support system is carried out to determine which method provides the highest accuracy value of the financing data for the El-Raushan BMT cooperative. Based on comparison of the SAW Method, Weighted Product and TOPSIS methods show that the Weighted Product method is more accurate than the simple additive weighting method Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution. Judging from the value of the accuracy of the three methods with the highest accuracy WP (Weighted Product) method with an accuracy value of 94%.

ABSTRACT Prospective new students are groups of children who want to learn or want to know the science of religion and science, The decision support system of new students is part of computer-based information systems used to support decision making in an organization or company The problem of this study is that every new school year, pesantren receives acceptance and selection of new santri candidates, to know the process of selection of students at Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, this selection process often causes problems such as limited selection committee, duration of assessment, and sometimes subjective assessment causing mistakes analyzing prospective santri accepted or rejected. Therefore, research decision support system (SPK) is done. This research will point to a case that seeks the best alternative based on predetermined criteria using the method of Booking Preference Technique with Similarity with Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that is the best santri. The purpose of this study is to facilitate users of information systems decision-making, the method used in this system is by Method method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). to provide appropriate references with appropriate criteria, with delphi programming language and software, support used is Delphi Data collection methods using observation. Masalah pada penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun ajaran baru, Pesantren mengadakan penerimaan dan penyeleksian calon santri baru, untuk menentukan proses penyeleksian santri di Pondok Mondern Al-Islam, proses penyeleksian ini sering timbul permasalahan seperti terbatasnya panitia seleksi, lamanya penilaian, serta penilaian yang terkadang subyektif yang menyebabkan kesalahan menganalisis calon santri yang diterima atau ditolak., Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian sistem penunjang keputusan (SPK). Penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu santri terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi pengambilan keputusan, metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini yaitu dengan Metode metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). untuk memberi referensi yang tepat dengan kriteria yang sesuai, dengan bahasa pemrograman delphi dan perangkat lunak, pendukung yang digunakan adalah Delphi Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Kesimpulan yang dicapai dengan adanya sistem yang diciptakan ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam memberi referensi.

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.
