This article is devoted to one of the most important problems of forming a mechanism for assessing the quality of training of university graduates whose professions require deep knowledge in the field of natural sciences. The insufficient degree of research of this mechanism is discussed, which by default should include assessment of quality and reliability of educational programmes in physics, chemistry, mathematics and others. The authors of the article propose to assess the quality of natural science training on the basis of tested tools of universal quality management, traditionally applied to the evaluation of goods and services. For this purpose, the authors highlighted the distinctive features of the quality of educational services from the quality of goods and formulated the content of indicators of the quality of educational services. The article notes the defining indicators of quality for educational programmes of natural science orientation. The scientific methodology of adapted quality management plays a leading role in the development of natural science education according to the authors. The basic model is Kano model, according to which the content of quality values of natural science training is formulated. It is concluded that the process of updating natural science educational programmes should be based on data on monitoring the requirements of employers and students themselves in the form of a set of indicators of advanced quality.

The focus of this study is the process of creative-oriented natural science training of students of humanitarian specialties of a pedagogical university. To conduct a pedagogical study, we developed a criteria-appraisal apparatus and diagnostic tools designed to study and evaluate the main components of students' readiness for creative activity.

The aim: Of article reveals the essence of the matter of scientific substantiation of theoretical concepts of pedagogical characteristic of natural-science competence of physical therapy specialist to be and stages of its formation. Materials and methods: To achieve an object of the research a complex of research methods was used, in particular, theoretical ones: analysis and synthesis of scientific andmethodic literature, methodic and normative documents ; synthesis and systematization of research data; synthesis of scientific theories, approaches and conceptions to define the conditions of education of physical therapy specialist to be; empirical methods: observation and questioning. Conclusions: In process of the research were defined: step-by-step specific features of natural-science education process, functions , typical activity tasks and types of skills of physical therapy specialist to be which made it possible to define the criteria of the formation of natural-science competence and formulate their competence characteristics. The developed criteria and indicators made it possible to substantiate the development of phased substance of natural-science education of physical therapy specialist to be at higher educational institution.

The relentless informational variability in the field of natural sciences, today's need for the training of highly competent, versatile, apologetic future specialists, as well as the low motivation of psychology students to teach natural disciplines, was established by us in the process of their questioning, require the search for new, non-standard solutions in the organization of natural science training of future psychologists in institutions of higher education. We believe that one of the effective ways to solve this problem is the organization of the educational process with the natural scientific training of future psychologists in higher education institutions based on innovation and heuristic. To organize the educational process from the natural science training of future psychologists on the basis of innovation and eurestiality, there is a need to determine such ultra-innovation pedagogical technologies and teaching methods that will meet the requirements of the time, contribute to the formation of psychology students' motivation to study natural sciences and improve the quality and the effectiveness of natural science training. We have characterized pedagogical technologies, namely: coworking technology, barcamp technology, workshop technology, SMART technology, BYOD technology and such innovative methods as: lecture-visualization, video lecture, debates, round table, electronic brain assault , a laboratory experiment and a design-role-playing game, which, in our opinion, will contribute to the implementation of the educational process with the natural science training of future psychologists in higher education institutions based on innovation and heuristic.
