ABSTRACT Medical Record is one of confidential file that has a definite legal basis included in its management.Nowdays electronic medical record was developed rapidly, but the implementation of the legal basisfor medical records in the information system has not been carried out properly. Furthermore theconceptualization of the legal basis of medical records into the ontology model produces a modelthat is not easily translated into a medical record management information system design. In thisresearch. This study uses the Architecture Analysis method of Tradeoff Method to create a relationaldatabase model and then converted into an ontology with the RTAXON method. The results of thisresearch are medical record ontology models that meet the legal requirements and have ease ofimplementation in the information system. Based on the OntoQA method on the results of theontology modeling has value of Relationship Richness (RR) = 0.78, this ontology is information richor diverse and has more non-inheritance relations. Value of Attribute Richness (AR) = 6.6 , thisontology has a lot of information with an average of each class having 6 attributes. The value ofInheritance Richness (IR) = 4.5, this ontology has general knowledge, when compared with theprevious ontology there is between PSM and SWETO. ABSTRAK Rekam Medis merupakan bagian dari berkas khusus yang memiliki landasan hukum pasti dalampengelolaanya oleh instansi yang diizinkan. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi membuatpengembangan sistem informasi pengelolaan rekam medis banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak,akan tetapi implementasi landasan hukum rekam medis ke dalam sistem informasi tersebut belumdilakukan secara baik. Di lain sisi konseptualisasi landasan hukum rekam medis ke dalam modelontologi menghasilkan model yang tidak mudah diterjemahkan ke dalam sebuah rancangan sisteminformasi pengelolaan rekam medis. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses konseptualisasi danvisualisasi rekam medis dengan menggabungkan metode pengembangan ontologi denganpendekatan model database relasional untuk menghasilkan sebuah model ontologi yang memenuhiseluruh aspek landasan hukum rekam medis dan juga mudah digunakan untuk pengembangan sisteminformasi pengelolaan rekam medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Architecture TradeoffAnalysis Method untuk menghasilkan rancangan Database Relational yang kemudian dikonversikanmenjadi ontologi dengan metode RTAXON. Hasil dari peneltian ini adalah sebuah model ontologirekam medis yang memenuhi kepatuhan terhadap aturan perundangan dan memiliki kemudahanuntuk diimplementasikan ke dalam sistem informasi. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan metodeOntoQA pada hasil pemodelan ontologi yang dibuat, diperoleh nilai Relationship Richness (RR) = 0,78, yang artinya ontologi ini bersifat kaya informasi atau berragam dan lebih banyak relasi non-inheritance.Dannilai Attribute Richness (AR) = 6,6, yang artinya ontologi ini memiliki informasi yang banyak dengan rata-rata setiap class memiliki 6 attribute. Adapun nilai Inhertitance Richness(IR) = 4,5, yang artinya ontologi ini memiliki pengetahuan yang umum, jika dibandingkan denganontologi terdahulu ada diantara PSM dan SWETO.

Aims: Based on the observations of researchers, some health facilities still use manual processes / have not been documented by the information system resulting in slow service, this study aims to improve health services with a medical record information system. Methodology: The method used in this study is an analysis of information systems with the waterfall method and accuracy testing with ISO 9126. Results: The results of this medical record management information system run well based on black-box testing and white box results obtained both from an average value of 82 based on the ISO 9126 scale conversion table. Conclusion: Based on the results of the average value obtained from the validation test carried out on 3 expert examiners, it can be concluded that the application for the validation system for the validation and distribution of this letter has met the ISO 9126 standard with an average good interpretation of a total value of 82, and according to be able to simplify the process of Patient Medical Record Data Management without neglecting the safety aspects of the validation and distribution process, minimizing data loss, simplifying the reporting process and facilitating the processing of patient medical record data.

Inventory will difficult to be controlled when there is an increase on product item number. It needs product grouping analysis to determine product priorities. So that, an inventory management information system that supports inventory planning process becomes important to discuss. The same problem is also experienced by Kutisari pharmacy which has nearly 1500 product items that controlled by conventional-based stock and inventory recording system. Based on observations pharmacy planning is currently done based on the owner subjectivity. The expired goods is often became problem because control system is still conventional and number of product items is quite large. Researchers classify products in various stages with final result being a combination of ABC and XYZ classifications. The demand data for priority products is forecasted according to the model that gives best MAPE/MSD results and researcher improves inventory management system flow by implementing an inventory management information system at Kutisari Pharmacy. After that, an analysis is carried out to find out benefits of application system. Based on data analysis, losses from expired drugs and goods that are not recorded in warehouse resulted in lost sales of Rp. 3,312,000 in a year. In future this losses could be prevented and minimized, so that it can be benefits for pharmacy business.

Abstract. West Java Provincial Health Office still faces difficulties in managing information, especially in medical records. Recording and reporting of malnutrition are still done in some stages starting from collecting data from village midwives, puskesmas, Regency/City Health Office then Provincial Health Office and forwarded to the the central office. It is necessary to manage information through service system by utilizing Cloud Computing based on information technology. This research uses The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) approach in Architecture Development Method (ADM), from Architecture Capability Iteration to  Architecture Development Iteration. Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) are two integrated activities in the context of controlling a program. The results of this research are planning a medical record information system architecture and monitoring malnutrition based on Cloud Computing with the name of M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) in the form of integrated recommendation and development between current information system and proposed information system architecture.Keywords: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing Abstrak. Sehingga perlu diupayakan pengelolaan informasi melalui sistem pelayanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis Cloud Computing. The article use advanced GIS and spatial database technology to implement the management of delimiting the boundary of forests data, whose functions include the data inquiry and brows, importing and exporting data, reports statistics and making maps. It provides a management system for forest protection and delimiting the boundary of forests administration. Combining the Shaanxi Forest zoning Management Information System, the article introduces the application of geographic information technology in the forest protection and plan.

Abstract. Introduced the current situation drainage network of Zhenjiang and the problems of traditional information management, combined geographic information technology and decision support technology, using vb as a tool to develop Zhenjiang drainpipe network management information system, tell the structure and the target function, describe the completed part of the system, shows the results of JiangBin Hospital pilot project, the established system improves the shortcomings of traditional drainage network management, raises efficiency.
