Introduction. Familial arteriovenous malformations are exceedingly rare. They are often noted at birth. They can also present during childhood or adolescence. Sclerotherapy has proven to have a favorable outcome. Case Presentation. The present case report describes the treatment of arteriovenous malformations on the tongue, labial mucosa, and vermilion border in siblings treated with boiling saline injections. Conclusion. Perimedullary spinal AVM is a rare type of spinal arteriovenous malformations. We present a case of 70 yrs female who presented with motor weakness in her bilateral limbs. Initial MRI was misinterpreted as ependymal myxoma; however, histopathology revealed spinal AVM. MRA or DSA should be conducted if AVM is suspected.

Abstract A 25-year-old man was hospitalized after suffering a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Arteriograms disclosed two arteriovenous malformations, one of which was asymptomatic. Rendu-Osler-Weber disease was suspected because of the concomitant existence of cutaneous telangiectases, Review of the literature shows that in 12 previously published cases involving multiple arteriovenous malformations, this diagnosis was established five times. The indications for surgical treatment are discussed.

Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) of the scrotum are rare lesions, usually diagnosed incidentally during the evaluation of scrotal masses or infertility. It could be presented with acute bleeding or acute pain. We are presenting a case of painless bilateral infiltrated scrotal mass (more advanced in the left side) developed dramatically over a year, no other symptoms existed. The diagnosis was made using duplex ultrasound (DUS), computed tomography arteriography (CTA), and digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Three sessions of angioembolization were performed and followed by surgical resection of the left side of the scrotum.
