This study aims to determine the effect and impact of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1 ) and Operational Expenses on Operating Income (X2 ) on Return on Assets (Y) at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted indicate that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1 ) does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets (Y), the determination value is 74.8%, the hypothesis test is obtained by count <ttable or (- 3.851 <2.571). Operational Expense on Operating Income (X2 ) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (Y) with a determination value of 97.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (- 13.010 <2.571). Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1 ) and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (X2 ) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets (Y), the regression equation Y = 8,202 - 0.017X1 - 0.074X2 and a determination value of 97.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained with Fcount> Ftable or (73,717> 6,590). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Capital Adequecy Ratio (X1) dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (X2) Terhadap Return on Asset (Y) Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero). Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Capital Adequecy Ratio (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (Y), nilai determinasi sebesar 74,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (- 3,851 < 2,571). Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional(X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (Y) dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 97,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (- 13,010 < 2,571). Capital Adequecy Ratio (X1) dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (Y) diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 8,202 - 0.017X1 - 0.074X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 97,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (73,717 > 6,590) Kata Kunci : Capital Adequacy Ratio, Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional, Return on Asset

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Victoria International, Tbk. 2009-2018 period The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that Non Performing Loans have a significant effect on Return on Assets by 60.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (3.496> 2.306). Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 2.8%, hypothesis testing obtained t count <t table or (-0.477 <2.306). Non-Performing Loan and Capital Adequacy Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets, the regression equation is Y = 8.666 + 0.569X1 + 0.049X2 and a determination value of 60.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained by the value of F count> F table or (5,431> 4,350).

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Return On Assets on Debt to Equity Ratio at PT Duta Anggada Realty. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique with statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Current Ratio does not significantly influence the Debt to Equity Ratio, Determination value of 21.5%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount <ttable or (-1,480 < 2,306). Return On Assets has no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio Determination value of 13.9%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount <ttable or (-1,138 < 2,306). Current Ratio and Return On Assets simultaneously have no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio obtained by the regression equation Y = 36,963 - 0,409 X1 - 24,424 X2 and the determination value of 39.2%, the hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcount < Ftable or (2.259 < 4,350). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio dan Return On Asset Terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio Pada PT. Duta Anggada Realty.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio, nilai Determinasi sebesar 21,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (-1,480 < 2,306). Return On Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio nilai Determinasi sebesar 13,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (-1,138 < 2,306). Current Ratio dan Return On Asset secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 36,963 - 0,409X1 - 24,424X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 39,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung < F tabel atau (2,259 < 4,350). This study aims to determine the effect of working capital ratio and debt ratio to profitability at PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the working capital ratio has a significant effect on profitability of 44.3%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (2.552 > 2.306). The debt ratio has a significant effect on Rentability of 69.4%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count < t table or (-4.258 < 2.306). Working capital ratios and debt ratios simultaneously have a significant effect on Profitability obtained by the regression equation Y = 24.307 + 0.621X1 - 0.430X2 and a determination value of 96.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (88.636 > 4,350).

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share on stock prices at PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 8-year financial statements in the form of a panel PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Return on Assets have a significant effect on stock prices by 53.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.040 <0.05. Return on Equity has a significant effect on stock prices by 83.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.002 <0.05. Earning Per Share has a significant effect on the stock price of 97.9%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the stock price of 99.5%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and debt to asset ratio on return on assets at PT Seelaras Aditama. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study current ratio have a significant effect on return on assets by 7.3%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Debt to asset ratio has a significant effect on return on assets of 55.1%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Current ratio and debt to asset ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets by 96.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to identify the influence between top management related to financial distress. This study uses data of banking who listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. The data analysis technique in this research using multiple regression analysis method with the control variable; Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Cash Ratio (CR). The study discusses to support the stewardship theory that considers the top management group to have a mandate to the shareholders to manage the company and maintain the organization. However, the differences in the structure of the top management group will not affect their motivation to avoid financial stress. The results showed that the top management group had no significant effect on financial distress. This result is also shown the condition and structure of the top management group in the company still has the same goal which is to avoid financial distress.

The implementation of promotional activities carried out by the company includes advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, and publicity. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and accuracy of distribution of consumer buying interest at PT. Enzym Biotechnology Internusa. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant influence on consumer buying interest of 41.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The accuracy of the distribution has a significant effect on consumer buying interest by 39.1%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Promotion and accuracy of distribution simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest of 50.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Kartika Candra in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction by 40.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Price significantly influence customer satisfaction by 40.0%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 50.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of product prices and promotions on purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi brand cars at PT. Srikandi Diamond Motors Tangerang Branch. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the price of products significantly influence the decision to purchase a Mitsubishi brand car by 42.7%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Promotion has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Mitsubishi brand car of 43.1%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Product prices and promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi brand cars by 53.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to model the factors that affect the financial performance of Bank Muammalat, including Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Earning Asset Quality (KAP), Operational Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) to Return on Assets. (ROA) This research uses secondary data taken based on time series. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 20 and Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The results of this study indicate that partially the CAR and KAP partially do not have a significant effect on Return On. Assets, while Operational Expenses to BOPO and FDR partially have a significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, these four variables have a significant effect on Return on Assets at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient test, the value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 99.00%, this means that the amount of Return on Assets can be influenced and explained by the variables CAR, KAP, BOPO, and FDR, while the remaining 1% is explained by variables not examined in this study.
