Identification of a person is of paramount importance in a medico-legal investigation. At present more and more people use protecting lipsticks and permanent lipsticks. With these lipsticks a latent lip print is generated by contact with a surface and, like with the latent fingerprints occur, this latent lip print can be developed. This study aims to retrieve latent lip prints from various inanimate surfaces like thermocoal plate, bone china, and glass to compare the efficacy of developers i.e., fingerprint powder, Sudan III, Vermillion, and its comparison with standard lipstick prints. Current research assesses the effectiveness of particular surfaces in the retrieval of lip print in personnel identification. This study included a total of 30 subjects. Latent lip print was developed on the different inanimate surfaces by pressing the lips against the different vehicles. After collecting samples, a camel hair brush was used to retrieve all three chemicals individually by simply tapping on all three surfaces. Application of chemicals was continued until the print became clearly visible for the study. Developed latent lip print was then compared with the visible lip print. Subsequently, a standard lipstick print was developed from the same subject. All the samples were coded and graded according to the patterns suggested in the literature. Discrete (categorical) data were summarized in number and percentage and compared by chi-square (χ2) test. Analyses were performed on SPSS software (Windows version 17.0).: The overall (i.e., total of all three surfaces) favourable outcome was found highest in Fingerprint powder (58.9%) followed by Sudan III (28.9%) and Vermilion (10.0%) the least (Vermilion < Sudan III < Fingerprint powder).Comparing the overall outcomes of three developers, χ2 test showed significantly different and higher favourable outcome in Fingerprint powder as compared to both Sudan III and Vermilion (χ2=92.09, p<0.001) The study found Fingerprint powder the best developer and Thermocol plate the best surface. The findings of this study may be beneficial for investigators.

In Indonesia, motorbikes dominated public transit, making motorcycle sales extremely competitive for a number of brands, particularly Honda and Yamaha. The goal of this research is to identify and assess the effects of pricing perspective qualities, brand advantages, media branding, promotions, after-sales guarantee, products, colors, and designs, as well as fuel consumption as motor product items on consumer behavior. Purposive sampling was used in this investigation, with a total sample size of 194 participants. Using SPSS software, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings show that Honda's products play a larger role in the execution of its marketing plans, accounting for 87.75 percent of the total, with Yamaha's quality accounting for the remaining 79.40 percent influenced by other factors. Wine has historical importance to the Moldovan economy. Since the 18th century, it is noted, this commodity has contributed to revitalizing the export market and has prospered many workers. It’s not enough to stop there. Wine also plays a role in lifting Moldova’s status because it is an inspiration for other countries that have similar potential in rural areas. The goal of this research was to identify how large the land size, seed, and labor are for the productivity of wineries in Moldova with 2 models. We intend to examine and explain the relationship between independent and dependent variables using panel data in 5 regional units (Bălţi, Chisinau, Bender, Gagauzia, and Transnistria). The analytical tool used is a multiple regression through SPSS software. Empirical findings produced are that there is a positive significant influence on land size and labor on productivity, while the seed has a negative-significant effect.. This discovery also resulted in an important experience, which is regulated to stimulate the productivity and potency of wine through the relaxation of the agrarian sector.

Employee share ownership (ESOP) is a highly acclaimed international incentive and motivation mechanism for employees thanks to its virtuous impact on company performance and organizational behavior. The work proposes to study the effects of this practice on the financial performance of Moroccan companies in order to assess the impact of employee participation on the creation of financial value. To this end, the authors conducted an empirical study based on two analytical methods using SPSS software. The sample is made up of 33 companies that have published and carried out at least one employee shareholding operation in Morocco since their IPO. The financial data was extracted from the accounting statements of each company for the period from 2015 to 2019. The purpose of this study is to explain and predict the effect of respondent integrity and religiosity in relation to the possibility of academic fraud, which is mostly done by students. The study was also supposed to look at the effect of gender on students’ academic fraud behavior. This study involved 102 accounting students from public universities in Malang, Indonesia. Researchers used survey methods to collect data, and data were analyzed by SPSS software using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that a lack of integrity and religion has a negative impact on the likelihood of academic fraud. This shows that students with higher levels of honesty and religion are less likely to commit academic fraud. While gender did not appear to have a substantial impact on the effect between integrity, religiosity, and the likelihood of academic cheating, both male and female students had similar levels of integrity and religiosity. The findings of this study will be useful for universities in formulating academic policies related to academic fraud prevention measures.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to evaluate two instruments for screening frailty in the elderly in Primary Health Care. Methods: this is an observational, cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach, with 396 elderly people. SPSS software helped to perform the statistical analyses. The study used the kappa coefficient and Spearman’s correlation. Results: the kappa coefficient between the Clinical-Functional Vulnerability Index 20 and the Edmonton Frailty Scale was 0.496, considered moderate. There was a positive and significant correlation (r = 0.77; p < 0.001) between the frailty conditions and the total score of the two instruments. Conclusions: when this article assessed fragility through the kappa coefficient, both instruments presented positive correlation and agreement. However, the identification of frailty was higher when it used the Edmonton Frailty Scale.
