In today's world, we are increasingly using the digital aspects of our lives, as evidenced by the way we spend time or manage money. Every year, or even month, the habitual way of life, the way of communication, entertainment or obtaining information, is changing rapidly, just like human resource management, and in the conditions of the existing reality it is difficult to imagine a world without digitalization. The process of digitalization has touched all areas of business, for example, how you represent a company on the Internet or how you attract new customers. The relevance of the topic of the article is that we are becoming digital consumers who are looking for services not in the press or ads, but in search engines. All information can now be found on a million websites and it is thanks to this that we are making the transition to the digital economy. Actually, an important transformation is currently taking place, namely the transition to digitalization. The aim of the work is to compare the classical human resource management system and modern digitalized personnel management and identify differences, as well as a detailed consideration of the features and prospects for the development of digitalized human resources management.

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a system that can simplify the process of handling various human resource management activities in a company in a structured and comprehensive manner. HRMS can assist management in carrying out their duties and assist companies in achieving goals and minimizing the risk of loss due to errors in managing employee data, especially in terms of payroll. The number of components in managing employees in a company will make the management in carrying out their duties a little more complicated and complex. So it is necessary to have a system that can manage all components of employee management in one centralized system. In this study, a web-based HRMS has been designed that can be used by employee management and also the employees themselves. From the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of HRMS at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Lingga Regency can assist employee management in managing all employee data including data collection, planning, management, and directing activities effectively and efficiently and can minimize the human error factor.

Taking into consideraton the scope of human resource management functons, an efectve human resource management system must comply with a number of administratve, statutory, functonal and technological requirements to ensure the management of human To support the partnership between HR specialists, program managers, fnancial staf , managers and staf; At the same tme providing accurate, reliable informaton for planning and decision-making at the organizaton level. The Human resources Management System (HRMS) is sofware for working with databases and applicatons to carry out personnel operatons on the Internet. The HRMS sofware automatcally prepares all bills and employee registries, such as a service book, a vacaton account, a credit score, a payroll account, a chart of ofcials, etc., getng relevant data from transactons. Chinese higher educaton insttutons use a number of modern sofware to implement educatonal services at a higher internatonal level. In partcular, it uses applicaton sofware to atract students for training - China Internatonal Student service System.

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pengembangan suatu perusahaan. Penggaturan angaran untuk sumber daya manusia membutuhkan bantuan dalam hal pencatatan maupun sistem yang akurat sehingga tidak ada kesalahan dan celah yang merugikan pihak perusahaan dan pegawai. Perancangan Website ini, bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan sistem Human Resource Administration dengan menggunakan jaringan intranet. Pembuatan akan dibantu dengan kerangka kerja untuk pembuatan website yang bernama Laravel guna memudahkan pembuatan serta pengembangan website kedepanya. Website ini juga dilengkapi dengan database MySql dan Semantic UI sebagai tampilan utama website
