Egg shell is one of the livestock waste that becomes a problem for the community and foodstuff processing industry made from egg raw. With the massive amount of community consumption, of course, the amount of waste of eggshells will also accumulate and is usually thrown away. So waste eggshell is considered as waste that will be thrown away. Egg shell can be given as animal feed ingredients because it is notdangerous and in egg shells there are still many substances, as well as minerals that are needed by the body of poultry. This study aims to increase the production of chicken breeders through the best alternative feed selection. Making poultry chicken feed through the utilization of eggshell waste with various alternative raw material selection. Determination of the best type of egg shell waste based on nutritional value and quantity of livestock chicken production. This study is expected to reduce environmental pollution from eggshell waste and is expected to contribute relevant to increasing productivity of SMEs broiler farmers. Keywords: Egg Shell, animal feed, broiler farmers

India is in fifth position in the world annual egg production. About 1.61 million tons of egg shells are being waste annually by disposing it as a landfill, which attracts vermin due to attached membrane and causes problems to human health and environment. It is scientifically known that the eggshell is mainly composed of compounds of calcium. Calcium carbonate, (CaCO3), is the major composition of the eggshell, accounting for 93.70% of the total composition of the eggshell. Similarly, calcium carbonate (CaCO3), is the primary raw material in the production of cement. The produced OPC is composed of four main Calcium compounds in the forms of di calcium silicates, (C2S), tri calcium silicate, (C3S), tri calcium aluminate, (C3A), and tetra-calcium aluminoferite, (C4AF). It is, therefore, indicated that cement and eggshells have the same primary composition in calcium compounds. Calcium rich egg shell is a poultry waste with chemical composition nearly same as that of limestone. Use of eggshell waste instead of natural lime to replace cement in concrete can have benefits like minimizing use of cement, conserving natural lime and utilizing waste material. Eggshell waste can be used as fertilizer, animal feed ingredients and other such uses

The presence of nuts in diets has notably increased due to their composition, and the presence of antioxidants and their unsaturated fatty acid profile has led to a considerable increase in their consumption. The volatile profile of nuts is important from different points of view. It affects consumer’s selection, influences raw material selection for the production of composite foods, dictates variety selection in breeding programs, and, from a quality perspective, its changes can indicate food degradation or alteration. A review of the published bibliography concerning the determination of volatiles in nuts has been carried out. The information retrieved has been divided into four main sections. First, a discussion on the main volatiles present in nuts is performed; next, a revision of the methods used to determine the volatiles is presented; and, finally, two sections describing how harvesting conditions, healthy state and the thermal treatment of nuts modifies their volatile profile are added. Analysis of the published bibliography denoted the complexity of volatile determination and the different variables that can modify the compounds present in the volatile fraction of nuts.
