Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is aimed as an effort to create a workplace that is safe, healthy, free from environmental pollution, so that it can reduce and or be free from work accidents and occupational diseases and can have an impact on increasing work efficiency and productivity. The need for implementation and Monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System at PT. Mujur Lestari must have a good corporate culture and be able to contribute to SMK3. For that PT. Mujur Lestari makes implementation and Monitoring to minimize the risk of work accidents for employees. The sample used in this study were employees of PT. Mujur Lestari, totaling 81 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire while the analytical method used was multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an influence between knowledge on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) at PT. Mujur Lestari with a tcount greater than ttable, the effect of applying the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) with a tcount greater than ttable, the effect of Monitoring on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) with a greater tcount from ttable and there is no relationship between the implementation and Monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The conclusion shows that the knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), the application variable has a positive and significant impact on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) and the Monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. In the Minister of Health Regulation Number 66 of 2016, concerning occupational health and safety in Hospitals, a hospital is a workplace with a high risk of safety and health. In addition, in the context of managing and controlling risks related to occupational health and safety in hospitals, it is necessary to organize occupational health and safety in hospitals to create hospital conditions that are healthy, safe, and comfortable. The occupational health and safety reported there was still an accident occur at the Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. This study was to overview the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital in 2020. This research was a qualitative descriptive study with an in-depth interview and observation approach conducted at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital from January to December 2020. The population is all workers registered as employees at Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Informants in this research were those who have the authority and knowledge about the immplementation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) in Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital. Concerning the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) have not been implemented optimally. It is expected that Siti Rahmah Islamic Hospital implemented of occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) optimally.

In a construction project there are various problems that occur, one of which is the problem regarding the occupational Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) which must always be considered. The research location is located in the city of Ternate, North Maluku province. This study aims to determine which constraint variable has the most influence based on the perception of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) experts. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with several construction companies. Based on the results of the AHP analysis, the rankings of the constraint variables are as follows: no evaluation related to OHS for workers in the field (0.2312), low culture (0.2277), no punishment for workers who do not carry out OHS in the field (0.1486).
