Problems in the governance process are often caused by incorrect personnel policy and consist of different segments. Mobbing – is a tendency that is still neglected and it is not often mentioned. It is very significant to identify and timely eliminate the causes of mobbing among public servants in Georgian public institutions in order to administer the institution properly, and also to embark effectively on a career development path. Negative interactions between co-workers in public institutions and challenges within the team greatly affect not only the productivity and quality of work, but also the motivation and success of public servants. To make quality improvement and focus on the enhancement in the labor process is the main factor that is spent on aggression and dealing with the controversies within employees. The article depicts the factors that cause mobbing and how this is related to the organizational culture, career advancement and success of employees in the labour teams of Georgian public institutions. Besides, how the current situation impacts on the management process

Pre-review employee’s academic work should be performed before propose to the career-advancing promotion review committee. Pre-review is a key success for employee’s career promotion, and the first important person in this process is a supervisor. By exampling the applicant’s qualification, work load and quality of work along with the regulation and guideline, supervisor can prevent some mistakes of documents and required process.

The quality of work life, whether in the public or private institution, aims to promote well-being for employees, so that they can perform their activities satisfied and motivated, thus contributing to an excellent organizational performance. This study is a review of the literature on the quality of life at work, in which approaches and applications were sought from public servants, especially from Higher Education Institutions. For that, bibliographic research was carried out, with an exploratory and descriptive character, with a qualitative approach and deductive method. The collection of data in front of the compiled and localized scientific works focused on the identification of existing models, among which Walton was considered the most adequate and therefore, with higher utility for the future study of deepening in an application with public servants of Higher education institutions. This model includes a structured questionnaire with eight criteria: social relevance of work life, use of skills, working conditions, social integration in the organization, work, and total living space and constitutionalism, fair and adequate compensation and opportunity for growth. It is understood that new research applied in this sense, help the managers of the HEIs studied in the decision making aimed at promoting improvements to the Quality of Life at Work.

Quality of work life is a process of work organizations, which enables its members at all levels to actively participate in shaping the organization, environment, methods and outcomes. This value-based process is aimed towards meeting the twin goals of enhanced effectiveness of organization and improved quality of life at work for employee. The paper conducted study on work life quality of workforce in the banks of district Yamuna Nagar, Haryana where the aim was to find out the different factors which influences the job performance. The result of the study shows that there is high impact of quality of work life on the performance of the employees and out of the perceptual factors of quality of reward, management support, challenging work content and career & growth opportunity are the main factor which the employees think are the important factors of quality of work life which leads them to perform well.

This research is motivated by the many problems of government activities that are currently increasingly being highlighted by the community, especially those related to public services organized by the Government agencies of the Communication and Informatics Office of Banyumas Regency. One problem is that public institutions, which in fact act as information providers, are led to work continuously by preparing a database of information for publication. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine the activities of public service information management in realizing the quality of communication in the Communication and Informatics Office of Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how public servants are a way for the Communication and Information Technology Office to provide transparent, accurate, fair services to the public, so that public agencies can produce quality services. Furthermore, documenting information, which is an activity of recording and storing all information that has been obtained in the work unit by authenticating information, coding the information and its relation to the packaging of information.
