Chinese classical gardens need to be inherited, but also to be innovated, new Chinese-style landscape design is considered the bellwether of the native culture. According to the climate conditions, geographical and cultural factors in cold cities, as well as combining the gardening practices in northern China, thus to explore the new Chinese-style landscape suitable for cold residential environment. This paper aimed to meet the needs of aesthetic, living, searching for Chinese's roots, and at the same time, to show cultural characteristics in cold areas and to carry forward the Chinese garden culture.

AbstractWe communicate and decide every day, but the complexity of the context in which we do these things is increasing. Today, the cultural structure of the organization’s members, due to the need to have competent employees in correlation with the established objectives, is somewhat puzzled and dynamical. Thus, the decision-makers must take into account (mandatory) the cultural basis of the subordinates when choosing the best alternative for solving an organizational problem. From this perspective, Hofstede’s model can be one of the explanatory modalities of the organization’s cultural characteristics as a basis to identify the action’s solutions in that organization for the future.

In this article, it was initially noted that phraseology is an universal unit of language, an important component that increases the richness of the language vocabulary. However, in addition to the international phraseological units, it is illustrated by the fact that it belongs only to a particular ethnos, peoples, and some English and Uzbek phraseological expressions that express their national and cultural characteristics are considered and analyzed. Such stable associations are a treasure that preserves the nationality and history of any nation
