Feeding is one of the important thing in  the case of fish cultivation and harvesting the high population mobility in Indonesian still cannot be matched by the availability of production, nowadays, in general feeding is still depending  on direct human help, so that people now just found a new technique to feed fish,  runs and operates  the tools automatically regarding to time and  schedule that is provided or based on operation time of period they wanted and how much they want to feed. With the technology advancement, i would try to create innovating feeding machine with the mechanic system, make the feeding can be programmed and the duration of feeding can be controlled. By way of vertical valve modeling that works when getting an order from arduino UNO, so that once the valve opening with opening anggle 0o to 45o,  0o to 90o, 0o to 180o only requires a short duration making the required power more efficient.Keyword : Arduino Uno,  Feeding,   Mechanic, Valve

Purpose. Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) is a minimally invasive disc surgery that can be performed under local anesthesia and requires only an eight-mm skin incision. For the patients with lumbar foraminal stenosis, the migrated disc is difficult to remove with a simple transforaminal approach. In such cases, the foraminoplasty techniques can be used. However, obtaining efficient foramen enlargement while minimizing radiation exposure and protecting the nerves can be challenging. Methods. In this study, we propose a new technique called the Kiss-Hug maneuver. Under endoscopic viewing, we used the bevel tip of a working cannula as a bone reamer to enlarge the foramen. This allowed us to efficiently enlarge the lumbar foramen endoscopically without the redundancy and complications associated with reamers or trephines. Results. Details of the four steps of the Kiss-Hug maneuver are reported along with adverse events. The advantages of this new technique include minimizing radiation exposure to both the surgeon and the patient and decreasing the overall operation time. Conclusion. The endoscopic Kiss-Hug maneuver is a useful and reliable foraminoplasty technique that can enhance the efficiency of foraminoplasty while ensuring patient safety and reducing radiation exposure.

Objective: To describe a new technique for limited stripping (in the thigh) of the greater saphenous vein (GSV) to avoid painful postoperative haematomas. Design: Pilot study. Setting: General Hospital Linz, Second Surgical Department, Linz, Austria. Patients: Sixteen patients undergoing primary varicose vein surgery for varices on the long saphenous vein. CEAP clinical stage: C2 ( n = 12), C3 ( n = 4). Intervention: Removal of the GSV from the thigh by endoscopic dissection with electrocautery division of the main tributaries. Phlebectomy for varices in GSV tributaries. Main outcome measures: Clinical assessment of the extent of haematomas and cosmetic appearance. Results: Fifteen of 16 operations were completed as intended without any technical problem. In one case conversion to conventional stripping was required due to adhesion of the saphenous vein to a previous operation scar in the thigh. The median total operation time for one limb was 57 min. A postoperative haematoma occurred in only one patient. There was no additional postoperative complication. Conclusion: Endostripping is a new technique for stripping of the GSV and reduces postoperative haematoma. It can be performed in a reasonable operation time and is safe. The value of this technique should be assessed in clinical trials.
