The greatest trust of parents and educators is to build character and quip a child with knowledge. Television shows are examples of audio-visual media that affect children’s characteristics. Early childhood is a vulnerable age in all directions of learning. Character planting will be formed easily without thinking deeply about themselves. The choice of their chois can make them behave, speak, speak or can be interpreted as the character that grows will resemble what they often hear and see. This research uses qualitative case study approaches. The technique used and data retrieval uses observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis. The object used as the informant in this study was determined purposively, the reasis more, namely eight early childhood on the road  Dewi Khunthi Pulosari Jambon Ponorogo. The results of the study show that  there are character education values in the cartoon upin and ipin. There is huge enthusiasm of early childhood in the way of Dewi khunthi. That even character figures in animated film Upin and Ipin provide a stimulus in planting the character of early childhood in accordanece with early childhood development, enter and provide effective example in fosting early childhood character.

Early Childhood has a variety of interests, one of them is the fondness of watching television shows that are animated cartoons. At an early age, children have a strong tendency to mimic everything they see. This becomes important considering that a lot of animated cartoon films are shown and are often seen by children which certainly affects the character and personality of children.This study aims to determine the values of character education forearly childhood contained in the animated film "Nussa". In carrying out this study using a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing the contents of four randomly selected episodes. The results of this study found that educational valuescharacters for early childhood contained in the four episodes of the animated film "Nussa" are very diverse, among the character values contained such as religious, hard work, independent, friendly and communicative, honest, caring socially, creatively, disciplined, rewarding achievement, and responsibility.

Building children's character from an early age is important, because children's character is the main key to developing quality resources. One of the problems that is often encountered in building early childhood character is the use of learning methods that are not suitable for early childhood development. One of the learning methods that are suitable for early childhood development is the center learning method. Building the character of early childhood during the pandemic Covid-19 is a new challenge for teachers, because learning is done online. However, using face-to-face learning center learning methods can be done virtually by utilizing technology. Based on the analysis carried out from 98 scientific articles published in various reputable journals in various countries (Japan, Europe, Korea, China, India, Australia, England and Indonesia), it was found that center learning can be used as an alternative to help teachers build character. early childhood. Central learning is assumed to be in accordance with early childhood development which emphasizes the principle of learning while playing. For this reason, center learning can be an option for teachers in the learning process, especially in building early childhood character. In fact, teachers need to be given special skills related to how to apply this learning center, so that the process of character building for early childhood can still be done even though face-to-face learning is done virtually.

Character education in early childhood needs to be developed and identified so that the development of these values is appropriate to the early childhood development stage. This study aims to identify the character values that will be developed in early childhood education. The formulation of the problem in this research is what character values are developed in early childhood learning. The type of research is qualitative with data collection technique by observation and interview. Data were collected through teacher respondents on early childhoodresiding in Padang. The results showed that there are fivedifferent aspects of character developed in early childhoodeducation that is, religious character, social character, personalvalue, caring character and environmental character.

Children at an early age (early childhood) including the grades of elementary school is a human figure that has a lot of uniqueness and rich imagination. Therefore, they must be facilitated in order to develop their potential through by providing many experiences of interacting with the natural surroundings and the natural environment of social life. One way that can be done is through the development of science learning. Development of science learning in early childhood including other development has a very important role in building the foundation or foundation of the ability and the establishment of a strong character for quality human resources. Awareness of the importance of science in children will be higher if we realize that we live in a dynamic and changing world continuously, the more complex the scope, and of course will increasingly require science. So future predictions of life's challenges make science's binding for children absolute and science embedded within them as a way of seeking truth in future lives. They must be equipped with strong literacy skills in accordance with early childhood development until the grade elementary school, especially aspects of language development including reading, speaking and writing skills.
